Ho avuto un problema con una cancellazione di un hotel tramite Booking, ed ho dovuto cercare di corsa una sistemazione per passare qualche notte temporanea da qualche parte. Avevo già visto Ultra Mint Resort online, ed ho deciso di dare un occhiata. Appena arrivato nella struttura il personale super gentile si è reso subito disponibile e tramite un walk in ho potuto prenotare da loro. La struttura è molto pulita e ben curata, ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza dello staff ! È anche situato in una buona posizione. Lo consiglio vivamente! Grazie a tutto lo staff!

- Un hotel reformado donde realizan limpieza durante la estancia y cambian las toallas. Aunque está un poco apartado del centro, es una buena opción para desconectar. El personal es atento, y cuenta con una piscina muy grande y profunda. Repetiría.

Small resort near Alona Beach (~15 min walking distance). We had a spatious room with two double beds and the hotel had a nice ambiance. Our blinds on one window were broken but the staff took care of it. Generally the staff was nice. Another small issue we had was that the remote of the AC was only labelled in Chinese. The pool is pretty large and clean but is directly in the sun so light skinned people should be careful. Breakfast is available at the restaurant of the hotel. Unluckily, the cook was sick once and we were not able to eat breakfast there. For lunch and dinner there are plenty of options on the way to the beach within 5-10 min walking distance.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben auch lediglich die Nächte dort verbracht. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist die Unterkunft völlig ausreichend. Es gibt eine funktionierende Klimaanlage, kaltes Wasser und die Betten sind bequem. Der TV bietet Netflix, es gibt WLAN und einen Pool. Wir wurden jederzeit informiert, sobald ein Fahrer für uns bereit stand (hatten wir bei 10 verschiedenen Unterkünften nur in diesem Hotel). Das einzige Negative war für uns der relativ lange Weg bis zum Strand bzw. in die Stadt. Nachts sollte man hier eventuell eine Taschenlampe mitnehmen.

Perfect place to relax. Very nice ambience. Staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The room is amazing, very spacious and have a comfy beds. Hi-speed wifi. Walking distance to Restaurants and the famous Alona long beach. I will recommend this place to my friends. Will be back soon.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars just couple hours before our check-out, but they managed to screw things up pretty good. We had asked day before, if it is possible to pay extra for a late check-out, and staff at the front desk offered 1 extra hour for a little extra pesos. We happily excepted the offer, and it made a lot easier for us to plan our day at the island. When we arrived 1 hour 10 min before our late-check-out time to the hotel, male-staff-member informed us that we couldn’t have the late-check-out after all, and we had 10 minutes to leave the room. We were really surprised and angry; we had arranged our day that we would have still over an hour to go to shower and pack our things with no rush. Suddenly we had to leave right away. When we got to the front desk to hand over the keys, there were another couple waiting a room. It really seemed like we were LITERALLY kicked out, so that new customers wouldn’t have to wait even for a second. They sure didn’t respect yet existing customers at all. And for your information, I guess they didn’t understood that we are actually not tourists, but foreigners living in the Philippines, and we were looking for a hotel in Bohol to use regularly. Hotel itself was great, but this worst customer-service ever- experience made sure Ultra mint is not our regular place. Can’t recommend the hotel.
