Very bad experience, fortunately Ctrip gave a good solution.
After checking in that night, there was no hot water in the hotel. My husband and I took a cold shower, which caused me to have a stomachache all night and my husband had diarrhea. There were also many small flies in the toilet in the room.

Clean, spacious, quiet location, ten minute drive to the beach and restaurants, with very pleasant staff. Only problem was some noise from construction near by.

Staff were great. Hired a motorcycle from reception no hassles. Bit of a way to out but what’s 5-10 mins in a tuk tuk. Had to ask for room to be cleaned which seams to be common theme in Philippines. Had a bit of an ant problem in the room ..but that could have unwittingly been our own fault. Overall I would stay again good value for money.

The hotel location is easy to find, but it is right next to the road, so it is noisy and not very comfortable. The breakfast is not that good and the service is just so-so. I don't want to go there again.

Staff not reading guests requests of PWD needs
I requested ground floor rooms because my mother has mobility issues. I requested too in the virtual chat but when my family arrived, the staff were unaware. In the end, they placed them in a smaller room (4 persons instead of 7 persons) in the ground floor and the second room in the third floor which is not the purpose of this short getaway. This was a get together family celebration and the staff should have been more careful in reading the requests of the guests especially for the disability needs for my mother.

Throughout my Educational Trip Azahar resort is the best accomodations that I ever experienced because me and my friend was very comfortable. This charming and spacious resort is located in the quiet and beautiful Danao Panglao Island Bohol. It has an aircon, Television, big space, mini refrigerator and clean Comfort room. It is very nice room and weren't experiencing a lacking of water. Their breakfast was prepared by the service crew. It is an amazing place for family, friends, and same of ours. Azahar Resort is located at Danao, Panglao, Bohol. Based on what I experienced in just 2 nights I had a comfortable, big space, and their staff are always genuinely smiling in front of us, and they respect us even if we're late, but they are always welcome to come in at their resort. It was peaceful, clean, and safe for all kinds of guests. We found this Panglao resort different in many ways from other resorts in the vicinity. So, Azahar Resort is the best for me. Upon initially viewing the resort grounds, I was pleasantly impressed. It was well-maintained, peaceful, and spacious. Thank you, Azahar Resort for accommodating us to part as your guests that night. Their room was nice and clean so that guests will sleep tightly.

It was a great experience. I loved our room, it was enough for us, 9 people. I love that there is a mini ref, a closet, a comfort room that is nice, i love everything. Even though we don’t stay most of the time in our room, it was still one of my favorite part in Azahar. My fave part in our room is our balcony, right after you stepped in the balcony, you can see the beautiful view of the pool. It is most beautiful in night time. I truly enjoyed our short stay. Azahar is one of the best resort I’ve ever stayed. Thank you for the experience, ‘til next time!
