The hotel is not far from the airport and the busy streets, and the price is cheap. It is a good place to stay overnight when landing on a night flight or catching an early flight. If you are afraid that you can't get a car at night, you can ask the hotel to book a pick-up car. A car is 500 pesos and a tuk-tuk is 200 pesos.
The room is spacious and simple and fresh, but the quilt is as thin as a bed sheet. There is a safe, locker, clothes hanger, refrigerator in the room, and there is a balcony outside the room. It is quite pleasant to order breakfast and sit on the balcony to eat leisurely.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the price, environment and comfort. I especially like the feeling of the green plants in the courtyard, and the friendly cats running around, which is full of leisurely atmosphere!

Clean and tidy, that's all. The price is really reasonable. The service staff is very friendly. They recommended us to go to bar woo, a delicious Korean restaurant. Highly recommended.

Pros: beautiful grounds, polite staff, large cool balcony (we lived on the 2nd floor), there is a wardrobe and a safe, water and coffee are free. good location!
Cons: in the shower either cold or boiling water, water was leaking from the air conditioner, in the bathroom either from the sink or from the ceiling it was leaking all the time, no blankets or even sheets, instead some thin bedspread, I'm not sure they wash it. There is only one towel per person! No, not for the feet, not for the face! In the bathroom there is only shampoo and shower gel, no hand soap.
Overall impression is still good! And overall I recommend this hotel.

Place has relaxing vibes, locatedfar from Alona beach. Only 5-7 minutes walk to Alona beach
No restaurant in the hotel but many food store outside
Fast internet but has no dedicated work space though you can use the bar and outside table to work.

Overall, I liked the hotel, the room was spacious, clean, the internet worked great, there was always hot water, there were a couple of power outages, but nothing critical, very quiet air conditioning, which is quite rare in Asia, Alona Beach is a 10-15 minute walk away, we rented a bike at the hotel for 400 pesos per day, I can fully recommend this hotel
