The staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is good and very peaceful. The room is manageable, however there are too many ants roaming around even on the pillows and beds.

Poor in cleaning.. I have booked 5 nights. They didn't change the bed cover and bed sheet cover even once..in the bed during sleep, we felt really sweating.

Good value for money, but if you are sensitive, skip it
There are a lot of bugs in the bathroom, and the bed, other furniture, and bathroom feel old
Especially because of the rats running around on the ceiling...it was so scary
And the sign outside the pool and inside the room says it closes at 10pm, but the owner comes at 9pm and tells me to leave by 9pm..?? They ask me to follow the rules, but I saw it was 10pm, so I left because I was not sure, but when I checked again, it said 10pm, so I felt bad
I only had eggs, bread, and watermelon for breakfast. There are very few options (6?) so please keep that in mind

They are very strict with their rules but does not addressed complaints properly. Room is nice but not clean. There’s a lot of hair anywhere in the floor, under the seats and in the bathroom. Aircondition is terrible, it defeats the purpose. When we complained about it all they say was sorry and said that may be they just don’t met my standard which makes me more triggered. Regardless of who’s standard, be the standard.

"The surroundings are fine, but the interior of the room isn't nice. It looks good in pictures, but it's not appealing in person. When we checked in, the hallway was flooded because of the heavy rain, but they resolved it quickly. The free breakfast was okay, but overall, I can say that it's not worth the price because their rates are higher compared to other resorts."

The bathroom in the guest room has a strong sewer smell. There is no room inspection during multiple nights (towels need to be changed on request, toilet paper is not refilled).

Nice location! Quiet but convenient to the city, the hotel environment is good, the room is large, but the toilet facilities are relatively simple, the shower position is not covered, resulting in flooding! Too few hangers!
The breakfast is not sincere and there are too few varieties! Every day is pretty much the same, so I choose to eat breakfast out!
