1. 房間設施是有些老舊了，衞生有死角，花灑不好用，五星級酒店沒有一次性拖鞋； 2. 室外活動區域和泳池較大，但水質看起來一般，看評論説有免費水上活動，但我們入住期間酒店沒有任何提示或者公示，也沒見到其他客人玩漿板和浮潛 3. 服務：對前台印象不好，入住時本來説房間已經好了，中途換個前台辦入住上來就説要等3點，感覺在故意讓人等。同時也是這次旅行入住酒店中，唯一一家要求檢查孩子護照確認年齡的，非常小家子氣，骨子裡透着懷疑和不歡迎。本來想投訴，發現連投訴的酒店經理都沒有。好在後麪幾天禮賓和客房服務員都還比較熱情，想想也許就是個別人員的問題。 4. 早餐，品質非常一般，一兩樣比較好吃的，能吃飽。 5. 班車服務還是很好的，人多時候也會多跑幾趟回來接客人。 總體來説，酒店幾個方面都距離五星有差距，感覺很一般。因為薄荷島許多酒店會把11歲以上小童視為成人，不加床也要收幾百塊錢（早飯另算），這家酒店年齡限制是12歲免費，因此我選了它。如果價格和條件合適可以考慮，如果太貴就沒必要了

Positive: 1) spacious rooms; 2) large territory; 3) good breakfasts for a buffet; that's all. Everything else is a total minus: the cleaning of the rooms is terrible, once we brought sand in on our shoes, so it lay in the room the whole vacation, the cleaner just swept it closer to the wall. Photos of the entrance and bathroom were taken right after cleaning. Dirt is not cleaned at all. The only thing they do is make the bed and sometimes change the towels. If they come early in the morning to clean, and you ask for a little time to get ready and go to breakfast, thereby freeing up the room for cleaning, then they will not clean your room, you will need to go to the reception and request cleaning, and as mentioned above, it will be purely formal. We also found cockroaches. The hotel was built in 2018, it feels like it's 20-30 years old, everything is extremely tired, the door trim on the balcony falls off when you open the doors, the air conditioner was broken when we checked in, they fixed it right in front of us, not letting us relax, and the drain tank needs to be returned to its original position by yourself after use, otherwise the drain will work constantly, everything somehow holds up. During our stay, the diving pool was being repaired, and there is a large construction site next to the hotel - so the noise from the work will be with you all day, definitely not a suitable option for those who plan to be exclusively at the hotel. I also do not recommend taking a room with a pool view, vacationers start making noise from 6-7 am, which is not suitable for those who want to sleep longer, or use earplugs. There is no beach. One continuous reef, there are a couple of starfish that are visible on the surface. The view is beautiful on the sea. Lots of sun loungers. It was never difficult to find 2 free sun loungers for myself. The location of the bars on the hotel grounds is extremely inconvenient, as they were constantly running out of glasses to take a drink to the pool with them, but fortunately the bartenders were helpful and allowed us to take glassware with us. Large parking lot. There is a smoking area near the parking lot. The nearest establishments are a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. It is about 1.5 hours drive from the hotel to all the main attractions of the island. My rating for the hotel is 3 out of 10, I will definitely never return to it, and I do not recommend it to other vacationers.

The room is not very big, but it is clean and comfortable. The hotel has its own recreational facilities. There is no beach, but the sea water is beautiful. There are many Koreans swimming in the swimming pool. The restaurant is very average. I had the worst fried rice in my life. The rice was like plastic particles. There are many islands and starfish in the hotel's waters. You can see small *fish when snorkeling, but they are very few. There is a shuttle bus to Alona Beach, which runs once an hour. When there is no shuttle bus, the hotel can help call a tutu car for 100P. It is actually very close, but this price is usually the same. Overall it is very good.

I am satisfied with the facilities and service. It is a bit far from Alona Beach, but there is a shuttle within the hotel, and a tuk-tuk ride costs 100 pesos, so it was not a big inconvenience. There is also a private beach, so in some ways it may be better than accommodations near Alona Beach.
