Great new hotel, amazing view from the room. Breakfasts are good. Cool pool on the roof. Were 2 nights, recommend!

One of the best hotels we have ever been to. It is very well located, in the best spot of Alona Beach. Space breakfasts, very tasty food. The special feature of this hotel is the panoramic pool on the roof of the building with an incredible view of the sea. We liked absolutely everything. Only one minus. They did not want to check us into a room with two double beds with children. This has never happened anywhere, and it turns out that they only have children up to 3 years old. Older than 3 years are considered adults. We had to sort it out at night upon check-in. They tried to force us to buy another room, but in the end, for an extra charge of almost the cost of the room, they settled the children in the room. If not for this moment, there are no complaints about the hotel. The best not only in Panglao, but probably of all the hotels we have been to.

I am very satisfied with the hotel service. All the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and the facilities are also excellent. The facilities are also very clean and there is nothing to complain about.

It was a resort with a clean and modern feel, as expected from the most modern building in Henan! The location is a bit disappointing, but it's okay because you can walk to the main street! The view is also really good ㅠㅠ I'm satisfied.

I made a reservation because they said the private beach was good, but it was a huge scam because outsiders were allowed in for a fee… There was a lot of seaweed on the floor, so I couldn’t swim in the ocean and just went to the pool. This is Korea lol. There were so many Koreans and there were quite a few rude people. Korean men were drinking and talking loudly in the room next door all night, so I complained, which I’ve never done before. I went to breakfast and got a seat with a view of the ocean, but two young Korean women were sitting right next to us, so I told the staff about it. They were a bit rude… They said the breakfast wasn’t tasty, but based on my experience abroad, it wasn’t bad. However, the path to breakfast was too far, so it was difficult. After experiencing noisy Koreans with rude manners in Henan… I decided that this place wasn’t for me. The facilities are modern, and I don’t think there’s anything inconvenient from a Korean perspective. However, I don’t like crowded places and crowded places, so I don’t think I’ll go there again.
