The price is cheap yet everything is in there. i find it a little far (just 3 minutes away via tricycle or motorbike) from the main beach but they have services and tours. And also public vehicles can easily access. It’s good for friends and family. You cannot feel that you paid cheap price because the facility is really good!

Not a bad budget hotel. The hotel staff is excellent and friendly. Not very expensive food at the hotel.
Of the minuses: 1. the location to the Alona beach is about a kilometer, but they take you there by tricycle for 100 pesos (you can use the grab taxi app, and the trip will be even cheaper);
2. poor breakfast;
3. the main drawback in my opinion is the daily burning of garbage near the hotel, and the smell is terrible.
