This hotel should be listed as a walk in only location. After booking, it was shown as non refundable. And then a message from the hotel is sent, going on about some legal dispute with road access, and that guests had to basically hike in to the location. I replied to the message with our arrival time and information, but no response. I did call from the ferry terminal and again once we got to the drop off spot on a 4x4 road. The boys from the hotel came, and carried our bags for us.
Not an ideal situation considering we also had an infant and had to negotiate a rugged goat trail part of the way.
Water gushed out of the sink drain when using the sink, and the toilet seat was barely attached by one bolt. The location on the beach and setting are nice. But for the price and logistics of getting there, not worth it.

Отель нам очень понравился. Были готовы, что нужно будет до него пройти.. единственный минус для нас, это отсутствие горячей воды. Номер хороший, территория ухоженная. Еда тоже понравилась)

Everything else is a complete inconvenience: the shower, the furnishings in the room, the room itself, the road to the hotel - this is a separate song, I will not repeat myself. But for the sake of the view it is worth suffering 1-2 nights, no more, which is what we did. The agreement with the hotel about the transfer failed. No one met us, although they promised. We arrived at 9 pm, to an unfamiliar place and were left on the street. Fortunately, the taxi driver took us and helped us call the hotel. We ourselves would not have found the road at night. And what is surprising is that there is no access to the hotel, and from early morning near the rooms (a separate barracks outside the territory for 4 rooms) motorcycles revved so much that it was impossible to sleep.

One plus - 3 minutes to the sea, dirty beach, but 10 minutes to White Beach and you are on the cleanest white beach, in the room there are huge spiders and lizards - not tiny ones!

This is a place for backpackers, young, inquisitive. The staff is young. The ocean is totally.... beautiful.... but... it's really hard to get in. It's not directly connected to the road... and you can't get there directly by tuk-tuk either... If only the problem of getting in and out could be solved, it would be really good for enjoying the scenery... The accommodation... um... lol, it's just so-so...
