Overpriced for what it is. The beds are rock hard, we ran out of water and separately couldn’t have a hot shower. The tv wasn’t working. Even simple things like missing towels and not being able to use a credit card.
The staff are great at being attentive to something going wrong but this stuff should’ve been fixed before we started our stay
If this was cheaper I wouldn’t be too critical but it shouldn’t be this expensive with so many simple things missing or not working

The location is remote, so you have to take a car to go out. The hotel is average, but the small balcony in the room is a bonus. The swimming pool is very beautiful. There are planes passing by and the sound is quite loud. You can find better hotels at the same price.

Worst hotel i ever been, rooms has lots of cockroaches, no hot shower, the bed is very hard its like you are sleeping in the floor. Not worth staying there you will get stress.. Please dont stay here if you want a stress free vacation then avoid this hotel

The place was eh.
- Room
The good, Room was clean, Air Conditioning worked well. Complimentary toiletries. Room was cleaned everyday with refreshment of towels.
The bad, Ceiling in restroom was unfinished with screws still showing and could tell the moisture & humidity had already done its damage and there’s mold in some spot of the caulking. Bed was super hard and the fridge didn’t work. Hangers to hang clothing would have been nice as well. We had only had 2.

Internet was non existent. Kept dropping out. Making it really difficult to do any work or even get emails heaven forbid you try and load a website.
- Hospitality
Staff was super friendly and the complimentary shuttle to Alona was great. Welcome drink was kind of a joke. They offered us Nestea. When we asked if they had anything else we were told we’d have to pay extra.
Breakfast was not great but edible. Only allowed 1 complimentary instant coffee for each person.

Very Average! NOT excellent as rated
Rey average, NOT exceptional as rated. Overpriced for what you get. DIRECTLY under flight path at airport about 1000 yards away. Middle of the night planes come screaming in 500 feet above hotel.
Staff excellent and helpful. Buffet breakfast also very average

Nice hotel and very friendly staff.
The rooms are very basic but ok. However, the beds are horrible and really hard!!! Trouble sleeping and problems with our back.
The staff was friendly and tried to add extra cover on the bed, but unfortuantely it did not help that much.
The air condition is very good, but it is very loud.
The first impression of the breakfast was not so good, but the the food was actually very good. They had pancakes, waffles, eggs, nuddles, rice, fruit and so on.
There was almost no one staying at the hotel, but still we got a room facing a construction area instead of the pool area which was disappointing.
Overall our stay was good, but the beds are a big negative.
