There is a refrigerator in the room, a kettle is provided upon request, and a wardrobe. The room looks good. Cleaning is provided upon request.
Since the hotel is in the jungle, there are a lot of animals here. At night, something scratches the ceiling, geckos climb into the room and scream all night.

This place is absolutely terrible with communication and service. They ran out of water at 8am in the morning. At 9:30 they said it was fixed but wasn't. We had to leave already without being able to shower. Couldn't flush the toilet after doing a no.2
imagine you still having shampoo and soap on your body then the water runs out!
The people at the reception didn't even know what pet friendly ment. Booking we booked online I rang and asked if the hotel was pet friendly. They said yes. Later on, the reality is that they were not pet friendly.
I said you guys told me that you're per friendly. The girl at the reception says. Yes we have pets here but you can't bring yours! bwahahahaha
Internet is terrible! the bed base is made of concrete. If you slip and fall. You will split your head open.
How can this resort get a permit when it's dangerous?

The place is good but too inaccessible, the dirt road is very bumpy making it unfeasible to access especially on rainy days...

The room was nice, really secluded, but the road from the hotel to the main road was very bumpy, and there was not room service every day. You have to talk to the staff, they are super nice, and you can also rent a motorcycle from them. Overall, the price is really cost-effective!

Great stay
The property, pool, are beautiful. The staff are wonderful and quick to respond
Breakfast was delicious!
Improvements can be made
-room should have a safe or locker
-ac can be stronger
-inspecting towels for spots before leaving them for guests
This is a great property but walking here at night seems not so safe and can be difficult to get drivers because of the deep forest location the property is located in
