Hotels near Alona Beach, Panglao

The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles. Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.? The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg. The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through. The resort restaurants are very expensive. The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests? Not everyone wants ice tea. We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time. The positives are. They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade. The shower in our room was excellent. The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely. The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm.

Very good, the location is very close, very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Because my plan has changed, I left first, and I will patronize this store next time.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. Cleaning on request. There is a kettle, no bottled water. There is a refrigerator. The furniture needs repair. The safe did not work, we asked to repair it, they promised, but they never did. The tap in the bathroom was poorly screwed, it wobbled. The bed, mattress, pillows are good, there is a blanket. The hotel territory is pleasant, there is a swimming pool. Breakfasts are a la carte, good. If you go on an excursion early, they give you a lunch box. You need to ask. You can get to the sea through the Westen Hotel. Guests of our hotel are allowed through. Overall, the hotel is not bad. You can spend several days.

Nice hotel that I loved in because the music was loud at another hotel by the beachfront! It’s clean, nice pool, very quiet!!!!! Cuz there were many hotels where music and party so this hotel is the best for ppl who want rest at night! Nearby all breakfast caffee. 10 min walk to the beach, comfortable sleep, hot water( which is rare in Bohol). Recommend!!!

I enjoyed my stay in Bohol. Panglao is such a lovely place! The location is good. Perfect for everything. Tricycle terminal was just across the hotel. The shower room is common, same with comfort room. Check in was smooth! No elevator. The rooms are on the second floor while the restaurants are on the ground floor. There was free breakfast and was good. Serve yourself and clean as you go.

The location of this hotel is really good, it is also very close to the money exchange, although it is not the most favorable money exchange. Please don't expect too much about the facilities in the room. We encountered some facilities that were broken. The hotel has good service and will fix them, but things are easy to break. It depends on whether you mind. There was not enough light in the room, and even if the lights were turned on, it would not be very beautiful, but because I was very tired from playing, I didn't care about it. The air conditioning is amazing, super cold. The outdoor swimming pool has been out of use for a long time, just take a look.

Good value, clean, quiet, TV with YouTube, short walk to beach through the Back street. It Was difficult to find in the dark. Location is a short walk to restaurants, bars

Had a great stay at Fun Hotel. It's quite conveniently located within walking distance from Alona beach with great restaurant dining options all around. The room and bathroom were quite clean and beautiful. It was quite a relaxing experience staying here. Their signature avocado cheese shake is also quite delicious, don't miss it!

This hotel amazed me so much! Checking in and checking out was super easy. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and fragrant. Pool is super nice and clean. Parking space is wide. Hotel restaurant offers great food. Overall I will recommend staying here if traveling to Panglao Island.
