I paid RM440 for a family room. The room is renovated but the building is very old. Swimming pool is old.
Breakfast is horrible. Only mee, and nasi lemak and taste bad.
Walking distance to the beach .
Won’t be back again .

Booked last minute for a family of 8 – Coral Bay Resort was the only hotel available for a short vacation in Pulau Pangkor.
We called ahead to request rooms close to each other, which was arranged. However, the resort was quite rigid with requests for extra towels, and pool towels were not sufficiently available for all guests. Additionally, there was no enforcement of proper swimming attire at the pool.
On the positive side, cleanliness was above average, and the overall experience was satisfactory for a short family stay.

Advantages,
1. Not far from the beach, 5 minutes walk,
2. The hotel has a swimming pool and breakfast,
Disadvantages,
1. I sent emails to the hotel a few days in advance, twice, but did not receive a reply from the hotel
2. When checking in, I was informed that the room had just been renovated and an additional 50 Malaysian ringgits would be charged (like taking a black taxi, the driver would charge extra money. Like being on an operating table, charging extra money?)
3. There is no glass door or shower curtain between the bathroom and the sink, plus the shower head sprays water everywhere, water is everywhere, as shown in the picture
