Very clean, friendly staff, plenty of hot water & fluffy towels. Complimentary breakfast, coffee in room, microwave & mini fridge. & hair dryer. free parking. Located on safe section of major route and very quiet considering its location.

La struttura è abbastanza confortevole e il personale al reception desk molto disponibile e cortese. Buona la pulizia degli ambienti comuni e della camera, dotata di due letti queen bed e bagno e che risulta sufficientemente ampia per una famiglia con due figli adolescenti. La struttura è anche dotata di una piccola piscina scoperta, di cui però non abbiamo usufruito. Buona e con ampia scelta la colazione. Copertura Wi-Fi gratuito in tutta la struttura e con buone prestazioni. Parcheggio esterno gratuito con buona disponibilità di posti auto. La struttura è distante circa 15/20 minuti in auto (in relazione alle condizioni del traffico) dalle belle spiagge di sabbia bianca di Panama City Beach. Quantunque la struttura sia sicuramente buona e consigliabile, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è proprio elevato, in quanto gli hotel nella zona di Panama City Beach sono, in generale, mediamente più costosi.

just now on Google The hotel receptionist on 3/29 @ 0720 was rude before I even got there. She told me her name was Becky but it could have been anything. I’m definitely looking to change my stay planned for next week. I called for verification on somethings for an upcoming stay that’s planned and she was not helpful. Not only that, she put me on hold and never came back. When I hung up and called back, she told me to call back later b/c she was the only one there. Why didn’t you tell me that before you put me on hold forever. I truly believed she could have helped with my rates question. She did not want to. I’m sure I can find better accommodations for my quick trip.

It was a typical Comfort Inn, older building, one elevator, their usual hot breakfast and an outdoor pool. Noticed a few odd smells, from the elevator to the room which smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. Windows don't open for fresh air. The sink plunger was broken, there was a large humidifier in the room and the hall, the bed was a little too hard for my taste, but great pillows and bedding. I appreciated the microwave and mini-fridge, nice towels, the place was clean and overall good stay.
