Very clean and homely place. Beautiful plants and cats on property. Friendly staff and owners. Breakfast options are limited. Tea/coffee is only available during breakfast.

The property is located in fontsinhas, panjim and is a good place to stay. The services are good and the staff is amicable. Only the size of the rooms is small and tv doesn't have active channels. Apart from that everything was good.

I would recommend kamat's hilltop leisure as this is a very nice place to stay and the staff here is very cooperative. It's one of the best properties to stay in goa.

Located near to miramar beach. Everything is okk. Staffs behaviour was also polite. Recommended to other.

The rooms are clean, the location (in the centre of panjim) is fabulous, and the staff is very helpful. There is no kitchen so for food you can either walk to a variety of excellent restaurants nearby or order through swiggy. Would highly recommend it for price conscious, 9 am-7pm business travellers who want a nice play to stay.

This place is very safe and relaxing. Its away from all chaos of typical goan touristic areas and is located in the heart of city. Close to miramar beach and all well known restaurants. I loved my stay felt like home. Thankyou btw staff is very polite and helpful.
