Excellent service and staff were very efficient and helpful.

My checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, Many of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

Best resort in Goa. Big room . Private beach Outdoor swimming pool . Food quality 5 star. Staff helpful .

I have been visiting Marriott resort & spa since 2012 and the resort never disappoints. Amazing ambience and staffs. Especially the services and staffs are amazing. Special mention to Miss Rachel Barretto. She was very sweet and helpful as always. Must visit property for vacation or staycation.

The first Marriott in Goa I believe, it shows its age. It’s clean and the staff do a great job of keeping it clean. When you look out of your bedroom window however, if you have a sea view is something else. The sea washes all the plastic and other generic rubbish onto the beach. I am pretty sure the Marriott could do something to reduce this and clean up the beach but it results in a horrible view. The service overall was bad. The number of times we had to go into the bar to get someone to serve us in the lobby bar was ridiculous. A lot of the staff only understand a little English so you have to be very clear in your instruction. Drinks often took 10-15 mins to be served. In the restaurants the service was over powering at times, staff hovering round trying to serve each dish on to your plate. The food was ok but a few minutes down the round we found plenty of great restraints, good service and fair prices.

I had been to the Goa Marriott Resort and Spa end of August/ early September. I had a wonderful experience this time. This was my second visit to the property. Excellent and friendly staff. A special call-out for Tamara Furtado. She ensured every minute detail was addressed. We had a colleague who fell sick on the day of checkin. She and her colleagues ensured utmost care was taken to make him feel at home. Talking about their hospitality, Tamara showcased why she is so good at what she does. Right from early checkin, selection of the appropriate room type, assistance with food and refreshments, she made it memorable not only for me but for our entire office group. My first visit to Marriott in 2019 was not that memorable, but Tamara changed my perception and experience about this property. I'm very particular about certain things when it comes to the hospitality sector, Tamara was able to gauge it and proactively address everything. She did not leave anything to chance. She showed her dynamism with he work ethics and thought process. She is an asset to Marriott. Keep up the good work Tamara and Team Marriott. I will definitely be back this time with my family.

The place and view from room was outstanding .. the room service and in room dining was great..Asmi was great .. She was so pleasant and warm person.. The way she and the restaurant staff handled our pet was awesome... The overall hospitality was fantastic ..
