Pay extra for room 404 on the top floor with its great balcony for people watching and also the strobe lighting of the ****** river boats at night. Pros- great location for walking around Panaji. Lovely airy room, comfy bed, great Wi-Fi and a/c. Bottled water everyday. Ask for toilet paper as not always replenished. Cons- noisy sometimes at night as sewage road works going on in the city and at night. Room/bathroom could do with a deep clean but we got by because of the plus points. Breakfast in the cafe close by was good but the cafe was a tat grubby, Some of the staff need some training on service with a smile or at least acknowledgement of people. Overall, would stay here again as we loved room 404

Stayed at this Hotel on 1st and 2nd for 2 Nights in Super Deluxe Triple Room. Room was very clean, spacious. Also liked the location of Hotel which is in Heart of Panaji, yet far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Service of the staff was very good. Will surely stay again in this Hotel and recommend the same to others.
