While the issue was later brought to the attention of the front office manager and a formal apology, it reflects the hotel's ongoing need to strengthen staff training and service process management. In addition, the hotel's hardware facilities look a bit old, especially in the bathroom part. The bathtub not only looks long in use, but also poor cleanliness, which has a negative impact on the stay experience. Parking is convenient and suitable parking spaces can be found easily. The hotel attracts many tourists with its unique natural environment, but there is still room for improvement in service quality and facilities maintenance. I hope the hotel can pay attention to these problems and take effective measures to improve them to provide guests with a more perfect stay experience.

Hotel location is good, very close to the county center, backing the mountain, beautiful environment, especially very quiet at night, the air is particularly fresh. The free parking lot is very large. This time I came to Pan'an to visit, thank the front desk lady for giving me a free upgrade to the room type, the room is large, very spacious, very comfortable. There are also welcome fruits, very intimate. The breakfast is rich and varied, especially the pancake tube of the Pan'an snack, which is distinctive and delicious! If you have the opportunity to travel, you will also choose here and recommend it to friends in need.

The hotel environment is good, very quiet, the front desk lady service is super good, the overall health is also good, every day after going out, will come to clean, the only small drawback is that the door slope occasionally goes out to walk back to climb up very hard, the overall is very recommended

The facilities in the room are too bad, I feel old (the towels inside are broken), dirty (the shower in the bathroom has not been cleaned), it is the worst time to book on Trip.com !

It is good to ride a bicycle or walk slowly. There is a Dapanshan Museum nearby. It is good to come to enjoy fresh air and slow life in the off-season.
