簡直不要太喜歡這個酒店 首先服務一級棒 到了停車場接泊車會去接送 接泊車小哥每個都非常nice 熱情有禮貌 入住後到了房間空調已經提前打開了 非常貼心 風景和環境更沒讓我失望 有小酒吧 可以唱歌 ktv 桌球 點餐也會送到房間 強烈推薦酥不爛 師傅的手藝絕絕子 超級好吃 每一個服務人員都讓我們很暖心 游泳池可以游泳 景色也是很漂亮的 附近還有個小古村我們是晚上去散了個步 很安靜愜意 酒店的來寶小狗也超可愛 帳篷的風景真的很美 真的是一次非常滿意愉快的入住體驗 下次還來

環境很好，大型的森林氧吧，工作人員熱情周到，入住的體驗感比較好，由於熱水的問題，還升級了親子房，真的超級大。因為小朋友要玩水，還特地清理了泳池。周邊還有一條小溪水可以玩。我覺得幾户人家一起來會更好玩，小朋友有伴。

酒店的位置絕佳，羣山環繞，前方有個水庫，讓我想到前朱雀後玄武的風水口訣，相信此地必是風水寶地呢！關鍵是距離我們想去的打卡點都很方便。好評1！酒店服務非常好，提供全天候的接駁車服務，所有工作人員都很熱情。好評2！酒店的“野生廚房”晚餐菜品非常可口，好評3！酒店的配套設施，比如健身房、KTV等仍在升級改造中，相信全部完善到位後，一定更贊！最後，我也想提出一點小小的建議，就是希望酒店早餐的品類能再豐富一點。如果下次去磐安，如果貴店的配套都完善好了，早餐更豐盛些的話，我會考慮這再來入住噠～

訂房間的時候發現沒有評論，還比較忐忑。那我就來寫第一條評論吧，首先停車場距離酒店較遠，大概要走十分鐘，前台説是接駁車壞了，衹能步行，拎着大包小包的也沒有人幫忙拿。其次房間沒有打掃乾淨，枕頭上有黴點就算了，衣婁裏還有不知道上一個人留下來的什麼垃圾，完全沒收拾。房間確實挺大，智能家居好評，建議加個小冰箱。然後就是隔音，真的非常差！早上七八點就被外面的小孩打鬧聲吵醒，完全沒有隔音可言。可能是剛開發的項目，周圍配套設施都比較少，服務質量也沒跟上。服務和質量有點對不起這個價格。

買了套餐住了兩個晚上，性價比很高。
設施：我們住的是麓湖小築，是最靠近水庫的房子，其實是大帳篷，但是隔熱，空調，洗浴這些都很好，不是特別隔音，但是因為私密性很好，每一棟間距很大，幾乎聽不到周圍的聲音。
酒店是沿着水庫邊長長的，走到前台沒問題去餐廳就需要接駁車，好在接駁車很近，還挺方便的。
套餐裏有下午茶和飲料，飲料是雞尾酒，有酒精那種，但是我們家不喜歡喝，第二天給我換成了飲料，喜歡酒精的可以試試。蛋糕挺不錯的。
套餐的晚餐，第二天可以根據價格換菜，然後補差價就行，這個挺不錯的，不需要吃一模一樣的菜。
泳池有，還是玻璃的，就是家裡沒有美人魚。
環境：景色是真的無敵！還是釣魚佬的天堂，到處都是釣魚佬！
服務：
野生廚房太好吃了！都是提前預訂的，所以到的時候都備菜好了，人一到就燒，味道超級好！比在磐安找的網紅店都好吃！就是量太大了，兩人套餐，兩大一小吃都吃不了一半，雞湯盆比洗澡盆都要大，果盤都是巨大號的！
唯一的一點，酒店挺新的，所以應對大客流的經驗有可能不足，我們到的第一天國慶大客流，也正好是客人一窩蜂的時候，前台有點亂，到了第二天感覺就調整好了，也沒有出過問題了。
