Guests praise the spotless hotel and well-maintained pool. They appreciate the helpful staff and convenient location near the beach, bars, and shops. Rooms are consistently described as clean, spacious, and tidy.

Me and my boyfriend have just returned from a one week stay at this hotel and we absolutely loved it! All of the staff, from the reception staff, to bar staff, to the cleaners, were absolutely lovely and were always happy to help. A special mention is due here to the lovely lady behind the bar, Dolores, who was extremely friendly and always made us laugh - she even remembered our drinks order by the end of our stay, which we just thought was so good of her. The pool is relatively small but we never found that to be an issue as it was never too busy. The sunbeds are also relatively close together but again, it was never a problem for us as there was plenty of sunbeds so people were able to spread out a bit if they wanted to. Overall, we thought the pool area was very nice and we enjoyed spending most of our days here. The room was very clean and the air con really cooled it down - we would recommend leaving a key card in so that it's nice and cool when you return, as it does get very hot. We had a really nice balcony that overlooked the road and a bit of the pool, so you could see everything, and it was a very good sized balcony! We did think the cost of the safe ($48 including $10 deposit) was a bit on the pricey side and we found the fridge didn't keep things overly cold, but these are the only two downsides that I could think of. Again, we were very happy with the room as a whole. Neither myself nor my boyfriend were overly impressed with the food. It was decent, and there was always something you could eat, but we found it to be quite repetitive and ended up eating much of the same things everyday. As a result, we ate out 3 nights which we didn't plan on doing considering we paid for all inclusive. That being said, I really enjoyed the breakfast. I want to be clear though - we didn't think the food was poor, it was decent - it just wasn't amazing! It's probably what you'd expect from an all inclusive buffet. We would really recommend going to watch the sunrise on the beach (that is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel) at least once. We woke up at around 6am and went on the beach twice. However, if you're going to go in the sea like we did, do not take any valuables with you. We left both of our phones in the room and left our key card for the room with reception, so we literally didn't take anything with us. I'm glad we did this as we saw a couple of sketchy looking people on the beach, and one picked my shorts up, which we assume was to see if there were any valuables in my pockets or under my shorts. So again, we REALLY recommend watching the sunrise in the sea, but do NOT take any valuables with you. We also really recommend the Western waterpark, especially if there is one day that is a bit cloudy. On a whole, we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and we will 100% be returning one day in the future. We wished we could've stayed for another week!

I travelled with a friend to stay at this hotel between 4th-11th July. We have been to this particular area a few times and thought we would try an adults only hotel that was a little smaller than where we would usually stay. Firstly I have to say the hotel was spotless and in a great location but given that this is a 4 star rated hotel I was shocked to say the least at the level of customer service/hospitality! We were given plastic cups to drink out of during the day, which I completely understand as we were out by the pool, however we were also given these cups at night in the hotel bar - when we asked for a glass we were told very clearly that they didn't have any, we got a glass tumbler but there wasn't a wine/cava glass in the place. Delores was an absolute pleasure but some of the other staff really let the hotel down. Even basic requests for ice and lemon in our drink were met with - 'we don't have any' and staff made no attempt to resolve this. My expectations of buffet food are realistic but I can honestly say that the food here was dreadful - I can usually find something to eat but had to admit defeat, even for breakfast. We were served sprout soup one evening which is a first (and last) for us! Overall, if we had booked this hotel last minute as a cheap deal I wouldn't have minded but we didn't, we paid a significant amount to stay at this hotel, we expected a 4 star experience and were left disappointed, we made the most of it while we were there but we would most definitely not return.
