I arrived on Sunday 27th October for a week, with my partner and 6 year old. When we checked in we were told the hotel was closing for the season the following Sunday at 3pm, our pick up for the airport wasn't until half 4. The reception staff didn't seem to care. we spoke to our rep the next day, the hotel agreed they would keep the sports bar attached to the hotel open for us and 3 other families. on the day of leaving we felt like the staff were just waiting for us leave, my little girl was in the pool until half 1 as soon as we left to shower they shut the pools and the snack bar! we didn't need check out the room until 12, we left our cases in the room to nip to the shops when we got back our key didn't work, they had obviously disabled our key. the cleaner kindly let us back in the room. we were unable to get a drink the day of leaving once the snack bar was shut and they didn't provide us drinks in the sports bar, when we were waiting for the coach all the staff were walking around dressed up obviously waiting to have a staff party. the first 4 days of our stay were really nice, it wasn't over crowded, then Thursday & Friday (Halloween) it was carnage, there were 100's of spanish booking into the hotel for Halloween, we felt like we shouldn't be in the hotel. we went out for tea to get out the hotel, it was raining on the Friday there is no where to sit in the hotel, the sports bar doesn't open until 6pm, we ended up going out in the rain in the end, we come back to have tea to find the que to restaurant all the way down the corridor. we ended up going out for tea again. we had plastic cups but the spanish got glass ones, and they were allowed drinks after 11pm where as we weren't. the entertainment was on outside all week until the Thursday & friday theu did it inside but there was no way we would of even got a table. our room didn't get cleaned everyday and when it did you could tell they just made the beds, changed the towels and left. there is only the snack bar you can get drinks from and most of the time there was only one person working, the reception staff were rude apart from the lady she was really helpful. the dining room - you had to que even if it was food you didn't want, you couldn't just go to the food you wanted. we ate out 3 nights. the location of the hotel is perfect, close to bars and the beach. the pool areas are good, my little girl loved the slides even though the water was freezing. the sunbeds were gone by 11ish so I can imagine in the summer it's even worse, there were a few left but they were dirty. we would not return back to this hotel. and would advise anyone not too book for october half term. there were a lot of unhappy families as we all felt the same.

Starting off with the good things. The staff were friendly and they certainly go all out for events like Halloween! I've never seen a pool turned blood red then back to blue the next day. However this is unfortunately where the good things ended! The hotel was way overcrowded and couldn't manage the people it had! The queue for the only restaurant was beyond a joke and changing the times you went didn't seem to make much difference. The staff said to try going earlier which we did one night. Along with the hundreds of others queueing across the foyer, down the corridor and out to poolside! Only to find they had moved the restaurant opening time back by thirty minutes without telling anyone or changing the signs. Once you got in the restaurant the plates weren't very clean. The food was cold pretty much every time and the ceiling was leaking. The kids at this hotel (not all of them obviously) were just feral! Running through the corridors till all hours knocking on doors and running away. It was reported to the staff who walked round the corridor once then retreated back behind the desk and out of sight. No real lounge areas or relaxing spaces anywhere. If it rains you can basically sit in your room. We spent 3 days eating and drinking out rather than using the all inclusive we had paid for. I could keep going but in general this is just a terrible hotel despite the staff being pleasant. We travel a lot but would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I don’t often leave reviews but felt on this occasion it was needed. When people say this hotel is very clean it makes me wonder how they live? Apart from the reception area the hotel is very unclean and needs a deep clean. The room is spacious but has no coffee making facilities, balcony tired looking same as the bathroom, which had no sink? Sinks in the main room? Tv basic yet in their other hotels they have cromecast so you can watch Netflix, Disney and Prime. Cleaning of room quick and basic, hair in the bath when we arrived and bath panel dirty. Restaurant was very unclean, plates dirty, floor dirty, table and chairs dirty, door frames dirty, slugs crawling up the wall, food cold, restaurant totally over crowded. Our table was under a dripping roof on 2 nights, we were only there for 5 nights but only ate in the restaurant for 2 nights as it was so bad. Children running amok as their parents went into l don’t care mode and let them do what they wanted. Knocking on doors and running away, handling food in the restaurants and just generally disrespectful. The last 2 days, local spainish residence had obviously been given an offer and turned up in their droves and took over the noise and chaos rose significantly and the other guest became 2nd class citizens. Bottom lune l wouldnt stay here again.

I don't usually leave reviews, but after returning this afternoon I felt compelled to do so as it really was a poor experience. I'll start with the good, and that's the staff, they are really busy and with it being the end of season maybe some had already left and they were really understaffed but they do everything they can to be helpful and do so with smiles. We were there for Halloween and they do go all out for Halloween and dress the hotel up and it does look really good. The room was quite large although very basic, there is a small fridge in there, TV and a large balcony. The issues with this hotel stand out considerably, however. First off, there is no communal indoor seating in this hotel, no indoor bar, so when the weather is poor, the only place you can really go is back to your room. I don't pay good money to sit in my room all day because of bad weather. Second, there is only one bar that covers the whole entire hotel, and the beginning of the week, there was only 1 person serving, so the queue was horrific. There is a 2 drinks per order rule but if you spoke Spanish, it wasn't enforced. We saw some people ordering upto 7 drinks at a time over and over again and were never challenged. The selection of drinks included in the all inclusive offering was also poor, but I feel like that was an attempt to get you to upgrade to their "Magnus" package. Third, is the restaurant. For me this was the biggest let down of the hotel. It is way too small for a hotel of this size. The hotel was busy with it being the British half term, and the average wait time to actually get into the restaurant was roughly 40 minutes per meal time. So that's 40 minutes, 3 times a day.... Not only that, but once in the restaurant you have to join the queue just to get to the food. Again, I don't go on holiday to spend hours every day queuing for food. Finally, as someone has already mentioned, the hotel ran a promotion for the locals at some sort of discounted rate, so the last few days the hotel was absolutely rammed. It was a disaster. I want to choose my words carefully but if your British, you'll understand this, it was like being at Pontins. The adults really didn't care and just wanted the food and drink, the kids were absolutely feral and were running round the hotel at all hours, throwing stuff in the pools whilst the adults sat around and did nothing about it. We've been to the Fergus Style Cala Blsnca Suites hotel in Santa Ponsa a couple of times and it was great, but after the week we've just had, I would think twice about booking a Fergus hotel again.

We arrived on Saturday evening and when we went into our room there was a puddle all over the floor and bed. Tue roof was leaking. My 8yr old actually tripped and hurt her arm in the water. We were moved to another room. 2 days later we returned from the pool to a leak in our new room. We had to get moved yet again. My daughter is autistic and found all the moving very upsetting. We also had to shower in tepid water on one evening as there was no hot water. This hotel is supposed to be 4 star and there was also at least 2 leaks in the restaurant after a rainy evening and one dropped into my food. Very unhappy.

This hotel is in a great location - close to shops and some nice restaurants. The hotel is really nice and clean - both communal areas and in the rooms. Cleaned daily, towels changed and beds made up. The staff are really friendly, so full of energy, especially Jimmy off the bar. The pools are nice and clean and there is ample sunbeds for all, no rush to get 1 in a morning or fighting for 1 as some has suggested. The food is plentiful and there is something for everyone. The dining hall is what it is... yes its small however either be savvy and go at the quieter times or be prepared to wait and don't moan about it. There is clearly a notice right outside the restaurant which tells people when it's the quieter periods or rush hour will be 🤔 so don't moan 🙄. The Irish bar is lovely to sit in and have a drink and a game of pool. The kids club was really fun and open most of the day with my children visiting regularly. The evening entertainment was ok however the singer that they had on singing soul music was excellent! All in all, a fabulous holiday and we are already looking at booking to come back next year!

Ok, I don’t want to be negative but in a nutshell. Zero atmosphere in the day, no songs around pool etc. plastic cups are terrible, take your own! Food is edible but not great, huge queues, rude staff in restaurant and never any clean plates! Prepare to wait 15 minutes for chips. We spent a lot of money going out as the restaurant is so small for the number of guests. Rooms ok, pretty sure our cleaner stole from our room but can not prove it. Freezing cold pool, unless you were a dominant kid, you were not getting in the kids pool, you would be kicked off. I also couldn’t see why you couldn’t have inflatables in the main pool and unless you reserve at 8am, you are not getting a sun lounger. You pay a lot extra when there, towels, safe, popcorn, ice cream etc. entertainment started late, mini disco was at 8.30, lots of over tired kids and when that finished, everybody disappeared to bed. The staff just didn’t want to be there and you could tell, it was all just bland. Nothing stood out, quite boring. Good location, just be careful at night, we got followed more than once on the road back to hotel from the beach.
