They said they would provide twin or king beds on site, but even though we came as a couple, they provided a twin bed. I was told there was a late check-out, so I asked the day before, and the desk told me to ask after breakfast the next day, so I went back and was told I should have done it the day before, but ended up not being able to do it. There was no water or anything in the room. I thought the hotel should have at least provided a bottle of water.

The place of the hotel was literally closed to the beach front and alot of restaurants. I’m sorry if I will give three for the cleanliness, it was based on my experience but maybe once you try it you won’t experience what I experienced. But this hotel is beautiful but I think for summer time it doesn’t deserve the price they offer. Amenities is perfect because they have some saunas and some other stuff if ever the weather will be unpredictable and thats a big deal that I like with the hotel.

There were termites in the room on three out of the five nights we stayed here, when we mentioned it to the reception the only response was we will send housekeeping. Location of the hotel is great.

Had a lovely stay ,our room (131) was amazing ,nice helpful reception staff,clean room, which was attended to daily,food hall was modern and set out well,plenty of choice ,proper bacon at breakfast and egg's cooked fresh,drinks from bar reasonably priced ,hotel in a great location ,beach over the road and plenty of bar's and resturant's,will definitly be returning next year,thank you for a great stay.

We have just stayed at your hotel for 4 nights left 19.07.25. I cannot fault the hotel and staff the rooms are gorgeous and the cleaning staff that go in daily are fantastic. We were breakfast only which was great. We had an altercation with one of your guest that just checked in on the day we was leaving she was in one of the swim up rooms she intimidated one of your other guest by telling them the large pool was only for them rooms to which they immediately left the pool. Then she came up to me and my husband telling us it was a private pool and for them only and we had to get out. I told her it was a swim up pool and the beds outside her room was private but the actual pool was not to which she started swearing and her son did too. To which then the manager came and tried to explain to her that is a large pool and her beds was private as it says it is a swim up pool on your website not a PRIVATE pool. She wasn’t happy at all and ruined what was a fantastic holiday. Just wanted to say your manager and pool staff was brilliant Ivan is very polite and a credit to your hotel many thanks. We were in room 624 which the balcony looks over the front of the hotel the balcony was huge. Definitely would come back. Thank you

We stayed for 3 nights, We booked directly and had some nice perks because of this with the R membership. Bali beds were lovely however on day 2 loads of guests without bands occupied these - was not enforced. Our swim up was lovely very clean and relaxing. Food was pretty good always something to choose from. We had a free half board upgrade and ate twice at the hotel. Roof top bar is very nice and relaxing Very good location door at the bottom of the pool leads you straight to the beach / promenade. Will return

Had a lovely break here, the hotel is spotless, the restaurant is very nicely set out, with nice seating areas, not like a canteen for a change, and the outside veranda is very nice for breakfast and evening meals. We always found something to eat on the buffet or picked something to be cooked fresh on the grill. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very relaxed. Our room was very comfortable , we slept well, the two beds were much larger than singles, a bonus. Good shower and bathroom. Fridge in the room was handy and no charge for the safe, just deposit.The pools were very welcome as it was quite hot, could do with more sunbeds for the amount of people but appreciate they have used what space they have. When we came back to the pool mid afternoon we were able to find a couple of beds available . The local buses are frequent and cheap, we went to Santa Ponsa for the day, bus 123 every 20 mins. On the beach ,2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella cost €24.
