Arrived at the hotel, check in was ok, room was ok. Location brilliant, just a walk from the shops, the beach and entertainment. Lifts are very small, and didn’t always work- not ideal when you’re on the 5th floor, a single parent, carrying shopping, buggy and lugging a child about, to then find the key card had stopped working! Back down we go! But in their defence they did get the key sorted straight away. Pool was freezing (it was October half term though) kids entertainment was good. Adults… well, not much to report.

This hotel never fails to impress. The friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms are great. Cleanliness is fantastic and the all inclusive menu is great value. The pool bar ensures you can enjoy lunch in the sunshine and offers a great choice for adults and children. The animation team work tirelessly. Themed food nights are good and staff work to ensure that the food is hot, presentable and always full. Very quiet area of Palma Nova but only a short distance to the beach.

Nice clean hotel, food mostly good, beer and wine probably the worst ever in any hotel I've stayed. the front of the hotel overlooked by an apartment block like Tower Hamlets. For some reason you have to burble on until you've used 200 minimum characters.

Lovely hotel with great staff and great variety of food. We were all inclusive and never needed to eat out as there was a vast variety of food and drink on offer.The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to all amenities including buses. Beds were really comfortable and towels were changed daily. Plenty of room at pool.Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Unfortunately the food was absolutely dreadful! Very small room for a family of four. Pools feel like ice baths. No entertainment around pool in the day is background music. Overall we would definitely NOT return. Definitely more of a 2star

There’s a lot of mixed reviews on this hotel but I can understand why. The rooms are very small, so unless you can get a family room then a family of four would really struggle. They put 2 single rooms pushed together, a sofa bed and a cot bed in our room, but with suitcases and the baggage that comes with small children, it wasn’t great considering the amount of money we paid. The food is ok at breakfast and lunch, the dinner really wasn’t up to much but there was always a form of paella which was edible. The food was actually the nicest from the snack bar by the pool, offering burgers, chicken nuggets/wings & chips. The hotel was clean overall and the housekeepers were always busy whenever I saw them around the hotel. The entertainment could probably do with upgrading, the kids club is at the back of reception which we found on the last day but the evening entertainment consisted of a children’s disco which lasted for 20 minutes. We didn’t stay up extremely late because of the children so I cant comment on the karaoke or bingo. Being truthful I don’t feel the hotel is more than 3*, it was fine for a first family holiday but I don’t think we would return considering the cost overall.
