"The sign of the hotel faces the seaside. We didn't see it when we entered from the Captain Cook highway. We missed it, and we turned around and saw it. Parking is not allowed at the front desk, but must be parked behind the hotel. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. It is better to live on the beach.
There was no one at the front desk. After the call, the boss Bruse came over. A very friendly old man. He signed the order directly and took him to the room. No deposit was required, but he didn't actively tell the wifi password.
The rooms are one living room and two bedrooms with kitchen. They are quite big. It takes a little time for the decoration, but it is clean, the air conditioner is cold enough, and the stove is complete, so you can cook it yourself. But after use, you must clean up the tableware and stove. The refrigerator is posted to the trash can at the back of the hotel.
Not far by car to the supermarket, there are many restaurants by the sea, and parking by the sea is free. Check out at 10 o'clock, call the boss.
The room is close to the roadside, a bit noisy at night, towels, hair dryers are provided, no slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, bathing supplies"

"Clean,quiet and beautiful either ocean view or garden rooms with gorgeous pool area (heated)beautiful area for walking beachfront we had a car as we were sight seeing as this is not an area with lots of shops but there is a handy shopping centre close and lots of options for delivery of either groceries, meals or drinks .Pic is view from verandah 😁❤️"

"The hotel is by the sea. The scenery is first class. The room is large, clean and comfortable. However, there are ants, and the tropical climate may be inevitable. Parking is a bit crowded."

"The property is situated right behind the lifeguarded swimming area in Palm Cove, the location is unbeatable for a beach getaway. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable for family outings. The owners are wonderfully friendly, making sure every guest feels welcome and cared for. We brought a young child with us and was assigned a room on the ground floor with direct beach access -- what a wonderful touch by the owners. Highly recommended!"

"Peppers Beach Club Resort has an exceptional location the pools exceptional.
The Included breakfast at La Mesa the resort restaurant was very good my wife & I enjoyed our stay very much.
I would do laps at 6am then cross the road from the resort at the beach in a safe netted off area with a maned lifeguard tower fantastic location surrounded by wonderful restaurants something for everyone.
Thanks you Daniel for looking after our accommodation request the staff always welling to assist.
We would definitely stay here again 🌟🌟🌟"

"The apartment is large, with a swimming pool, furniture/kitchenware is all available, very suitable for vacation, there is a beach next to it. The check in grandfather was very friendly and had a good attitude, and helped us catch the gecko."

"I stayed here with four friends! The reception staff and cafe staff were all kind, the rooms were very clean, and we all had a great time. It was a shame that the cafe wasn't open all day because it was the off-season, but other than that it was really nice!"

"It was about $70 by taxi from Cairns city to Palm Cove. Four suitcases and three adults can easily travel by taxi. However, it takes about 30 minutes, so you may want to rent a car to make your 3-night stay smoother.
Mantra amphora was the best. The beach was right in front of us and the pool was very comfortable to spend time in.
Although there is a liquor store in Palm Cove, there is no large supermarket, so it is recommended that you purchase ingredients elsewhere. I think it depends on the room, but it was on the 3rd floor, but there are stairs. The room didn't get a lot of sunlight, so there were some small insects that grew up in the humidity, but it wasn't a big problem. The bathtub was larger than that, and the room was spacious and comfortable, but the extra bed was an air bed, and it was deflating day by day lol. The sofa was spacious so that wasn't really an issue either.
The location is perfect.
I was there in September, thinking it was summer, but the weather was cool enough that I didn't sweat."

"The Cairns trip was arranged for 7 days, 5 days spent in urban recreation and strolling, and 2 days came to Palm Cove, a seaside hotel suitable for leisure. The hotel has a large swimming pool and a gym. Because I learned that the hotel is equipped with kitchen utensils, but there is no large shopping supermarket nearby, I bought some beef and lamb chops, vegetables, eggs and rice in the supermarket in Cairns before coming to Palm Cove. Friends who don't like to cook can go to the beachfront street to eat, very close, it is a little expensive. Also suitable for taking children, need to be reminded that there may be jellyfish at the beach, pay attention to safety. In addition, from the Cairns city to Palm Cove, if you do not have a lot of luggage, you can choose to take the bus, you can also take a taxi, a little expensive about 100 Australian dollars."

GGuest UserThe beachfront cabins are a delight with the ocean practically on one's doorstep. Beautiful location nestled within the rainforest. Cabins are clean and comfy, a quiet spot for a restful night's sleep. I have stayed here before and will return again.

But what I want to say is that the facilities in the room are really old, especially in the kitchen. It is recommended that you use the kitchen utensils before cleaning or disinfecting them. Because they may not be cleaned, everything is greasy and greasy. There is an ant 🐜, many ants climbed! I feel that the kitchen has the feeling of being occupied by ants. There are a lot of people everywhere, and there are suggestions of intensive fear not to go to the kitchen! But the service and hospitality is poor. The worst experience I’ve ever made!
There is one restaurant that is always fully booked, but still has tables and chairs available. You have to please them to make up a table for you, very uncomfortable for a five star hotel! Then they have a lagoon bar that offers foods and drinks.
First day 29. Dec there was a wedding, so the lagoon bar was closed for hotel guests. Food can be ordered to room, because restaurant is fully booked. We asked if there is a celebration for New Year’s Eve, but concierge told us it was cancelled because no people were interested in. On 31. Dec they closed lagoon bar again for hotel guest because suddenly they had a New Year’s Eve party, but not for us. On January 1st there was no room service…. Check out was the same unfriendly treatment as during check-in…
If you don’t mind to spent your holidays like a tenant it’s a great place. As a hotel guest better try another one.
We will not come back here!

RRobert DeanGreeted by a closed reception window at 4:00 pm on a Saturday… I saw a note with a mobile number to call so rang through to get an answering machine… left a message then started wandering around. Eventually found a housekeeper who said she’d check me in. Gave me “the only room available” (yes I had a reservation) which was not what I had booked.
Welcome to Room 101! As you enter the hotel from the front, past the boarded up bar/ restaurant that used to be, you will pass two public toilets in the cavernous lobby after which you’ll find the door to room 101. Bright lights, and the noise of every single resident passing through the lobby on their way to bed that night was all for me!
The “patio” that comes with this prime piece of realestate was two outdoor chairs located in the short space between two buildings of 3 floors in height and is shared only with the rumble of a dozen or so air conditioning units discharging their unwanted heat.
The photos of the room I booked showed those rooms out the back, between the main hotel and the car park. Would have been happier there but there were only five still available when I booked mine so I guess I really lucked out… not a pleasant stay.
