A magnificent hotel, with luxury facilities in an old palazzo in the historic center of Palermo. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with all the services. The service is very correct and willing. It has a piano bar, garden terrace and a very good environment, right in the heart of all the tourist attractions of Palermo and leisure and restaurant areas, without any noise or problems at all. Absolutely recommended.

Great location and lovely boutique hotel with delicious breakfast. Would 100 percent recommend to stay here to site see the city. Thank you so much to Martina for your help while we were there to sort of luggage that had not arrived and also you have been a great help even when back to the UK with sorting out something I bought there that is being shipped. We stayed at this hotel two separate times during our stay in Sicily in April 2022. It's a lovely hotel. It's right in the middle of so many sights and felt safe. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable with big bathrooms. One of our rooms had a view of the hills and the other was street side. My mom's room had a huge balcony that we spent time on soaking up the sun and the sounds of the city. My main reason for writing this review to highlight the AMAZING care the staff provided to my mom and her friend. They caught COVID and were quarantined to this hotel. I was terrified leaving them in Sicily while I went home but the staff took such good care of them. They knew their room number and would ask how my mom was feeling when she called to order breakfast (which is a great breakfast by the way). They helped coordinate retesting. They reassured my mom and were always available to help. My mom and her friend were living off room service and would rave about how great the food and wine was. One employee in particular, Barbara, went above and beyond. She would stop by to see my mom and help her with whatever she needed, such as going to the supermarket to get medical supplies. They were stuck there over Easter and she even brought my mom a chocolate Easter bunny :) and she brought them flowers too and it really brightened their day. My mom and her friend both said she had such a pleasant personality and made them feel cared about and loved. I truly believe their great service actually helped my mom and her friend recover quicker. It was so reassuring knowing that they were in caring hands. We want to go back as soon as they can and will pick this hotel again. Thank you everyone who works there!

Like many locations there is good and bad. First the good. The hotel is in a nice location by the marina. Food at the restaurant overall was above average but the staff work tirelessly. That is where it ended for us. The front desk was rude and not helpful for the most part. They seemed annoyed every time we asked them a question or for a recommendation of places to eat. We had two rooms. One smelled of smoke and the other of mildew. The AC rarely made it cold in the room. The hotel seems to have been updated recently but the rooms were dirty/dusty and run down in many areas. If you pay for the water view then be prepared for it to be very loud-especially on weekends. There is a busy street and many parties right outside your window. If you are from the US, expect there to not be wash cloths. That is not uncommon in Europe and this hotel was no different. Lastly, we purchased a third room for a friend who's flight got canceled. This hotel would not refund us and walked away from us when we tried to get an explanation other than ”it is our policy”.

We just came back from our family trip to Palermo (travelling with infant), and I need to say that the hotel was quite disappointing. To start with, no travel cot in the room (decided not to bother asking as the bed was big enough for me and my boy). The biggest issue was no kettle in the room to boil some water (especially for his feeds at night and early morning). I asked for it, but in the whole hotel they had NONE! During breakfast, there was not even one high chair available for my little one. He had to stay in a buggy all the time. Breakfast itself was very poor - not much choice apart from sweet pastries. And the room itself - the size was great and the housekeeping really good. I could not fault them one bit. However, the shower was not sealed properly and literally flooded the bathroom everytime we used it. When we reported the fault.....they offered us some extra towels!!!! Some of those things, maybe not a biggy when you travel just with adults. However, being there with a little baby was not made easy. I would definitely not recommend that hotel for families with little kids.

We had a good stay at this hotel. Room was large, furniture abit dated and air con. Room also had a fridge. Clean rooms, staff were super friendly. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to the historic centre. Breakfast was lovely also. Good value hotel with 24 hour reception. Only downside is the noisy plumbing every time someone uses the loo, the room next to it can hear it.

The room was okay. The staff was okay. The breakfast wasn’t really good. There wasn’t any kind of fruits, just pastries joghurt and two kind of cold cuts. and streets were really so i wouldn’t go there again. I think if you go to palermo you should go to an apartman or airbnb. We should do that too

I came to Palermo for couple days and my company organized really nice hotel for to stay. It is located not so far from city centre. There is car parking as well if you came by car. Hotel complex located almost in the city but the view from rooms is on mountains. As I saw each room has balcony where guests can seat and drink coffee ☕️:) Breakfasts were perfect 🤩, first of all waiters were always kind and helpful, they were really taking care about guests. The variety of snacks and sweets was crazy in good way. I wanted to try everything. I am not sure about other facilities such as spa, but reception team was always helpful so if guests didn’t know something they were ready to assist. If I will have chance to come again I would be glad to stay in Casena dei Colli.

Ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare in questa splendida location per una settimana. Da subito entri in un ambiente pulito e confortevole attrezzato di ogni confort. A renderlo ancora piu' bello sono i proprietari Giorgio e Valerio , con la loro educazione, spontanetà e simpatia; con loro la stupenda Anna, sempre pronta con il sorriso ad accogliere tutte le tue richieste. Colazione buonissima e molto ricca per tutti i gusti. Consiglio vivamente questo b&b e di sicuro se torno a Mondello so' senza ombra di dubbio dove andare. Grazie per tutto, con affetto da Milano.

After EasyJet cancelled our flight as we were boarding our late evening flight we found ourselves being ferried to this small town miles from the airport and arrived at 5am along with 50 other tired and harried passengers to be met by a smiling and very efficient manager who dispensed with the usual checking in - he had all 50 guests in bedrooms within 15 minutes. The bedrooms were clean comfortable air conditioned and mostly with balconies and we were all asleep by 530am. The next day he had arranged breakfast for the extra 50 guests and then a delicious lunch . The manager and his amazing staff put up our constant queries about being collected, fixed us drinks at the bar, and provided a reassuring presence at a very stressful time. The hotel itself was comfortable, airy and spacious; our room was not wanting and the fresh bed and well appointed bathroom ensured that we felt as human as possible under the difficult circumstances. We landed on our feet in an unlikely town but realised you should never judge a book by its cover.
