Very nice, comfortable and warm apartment. Well-equipped in a characterful building. Very well located for visiting Palermo. In a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The welcome is friendly and the staff attentive. Be careful in this apartment when getting out of the bathtub or shower. The layout and the steps make getting out inconvenient.

The property's location is perfect, the rooms spacious and well-appointed, and I'd say the bathroom was recently redone. The staff is courteous and helpful. The only problem is the quality of sleep: the fixtures (both windows and wooden shutters) are as beautiful as they are useless in blocking out the noise from the street below. And during the night, there's a constant stream of cars blasting radios, making noise and shouting. This problem definitely needs to be addressed, as it affects the overall quality of the property, in my opinion. The good thing is that it's easily fixable.

Lovely place. Charming host who was very helpful. Kids’ apartment was huge (although slightly noisy from Road). Ours was smaller but really quiet. Really nicely decorated, great information, lovely Planeta wine, excellent recommendations. Really good location as well. All good!

This is a charming place in a great location. The staff went out of their way to assist us. It is clean and well appointed, very comfortable. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us upon check in and wonderful bath products for our use. I would 100% stay here again.

Lovely apartment building very near the centre of Palermo. Staff were incredibly helpful before and on arrival. The two bedroom apartment was clean, provided excellent toiletries and complimentary wine and water. The kitchen was well-equipped. My only concern would be the road noise which was particularly bad on one night. Definitely recommend a stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in coppia presso Palazzo Planeta. Appartamento pulito, ben arredato e moderno in un palazzo storico in centro città appartenente alla famiglia Planeta, famosa in tutta la Sicilia per il buonissimo vino. Un grazie a Mariella e Alessandro per la loro assistenza e cordialità. Faremo sicuramente ritorno!!

My husband and I stayed for five nights at the Palazzo Planeta and loved it. Would definitely recommend it. Apartment was very spacious with a small kitchen that included a stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent location for all that Palermo has to offer. Alessia was delightful to deal with and gave excellent recommendations of where to eat and sites to see in this amazing city. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a lovely, spacious apartment on the fourth floor. We were a family of four and had plenty of space. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, including two bathrooms, kitchen with all appliances, spacious lounge TV, Wi-Fi, etc. Location is excellent – 2 minutes from the Teatro Politeamo and shopping streets, only 10 minutes from Teatro Massimo, and the Vucciara district and 15 minutes from Quattro Canti and Palazzo dei Normani. On street parking outside, although you’ll do well to find a space and private car park with valet parking only one minute walk away. Lots of good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Alessia was super helpful when we made the booking and checking in, giving us tips on where to go and see, etc.
