Otto B&B in pieno centro zona politeama ! Parcheggio sulla stessa via a 100 mt . Staff super ci hanno offerto anche la colazione gratis ! Super Consigliato

B&B super accogliente e profumato pieno di essenze in ogni angolo. I gestori sono molto disponibili e gentili. La struttura è situata in un ottima posizione: vicinissima al centro e Alaska razione in una zona tranquilla. La stanza molto pulita e luminosa aveva il bagno esterno(di fronte alla stanza), è presente saletta con occorrente per coffee break offerto dai gestori.

Avoid this place. Racist and aggressive owner. I stayed in many places in Sicily and never had such terrible experience. After my stay I made a honest and respectful review after which I started getting lots of aggressive messages from the owner. During the check-out I was asked for my ID which I kindly provided. The owner(Andrea) checked my ID in a very strange and excessively long way which felt weird and unwelcoming; I mentioned about this in my review. Andrea then started writing lies about me trying to avoid showing my ID (however I was never asked to show my ID before the check-out). In addition, they made up another lie about me being from Middle East (despite the fact I showed my EU passport) and continued with a racist and discriminative comment, justifying the personalized suspicion of my person resulting very long check of my identity. I am not from the Middle East, I am a Dutch national and this kind of behavior is appalling beyond the limits. The owner is simply a racist and a liar who takes every negative review with outrage and aggression (check negative comments from previous guests).

A great and comfortable experience
This place was very clean, great location near the city center, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you plan to visit Palermo.
