I have had a very good stay and it is an awesome way for me to end my time in palermo Positives: 1) All staff super kind 2) Rooms great - big and super modern 3) Provide an adaptor 4) Has type A ports in the walls 5) House keeping great 6) Room super clean 7) Check in fast 8) Brings up bags for you 9) Breakfast great 10) Pool big - super deep (3m = 7ft) 11) Only manual keys . People may see this as a disadvantage but they are a lot safer than other keys and they allow for a secure security door 12) They had toy octopi in stock for children 13) Have a shuttle service 14) Have british sockets behind lamp 15) Wifi super good 16) My universal adaptor fits over my plug into the wall socket which no other hotel I have been to allows this to happen allowing for 20 Watt phone charging which is significantly better than the 5 Watts in the type A ports 17) TV super good 18) Child friendly 19) Large great gym 20) Hotel full of history 21) Irene Forte products smell great and make hotel feel super premium 22) Security guards super kind and gentle 23) Chocolates and face cream left on the bed 24) Umbrellas super good 25) Considerate about allergies 26) Food pretty good 27) The provide universal adaptors 28) Pool bar really good - lots of atmosphere 29) Pool is like the perfect temperature - not too cold or too hot 30) Life guards at pool super nice 31) They provide water at the pool for you 32) Books in the room 33) Loads of desks for working 34) Lots of sitting area in the hotel all around 35) Heat lamps over food at breakfast - keep food super warm 36) Calming music played on tv when entering room for first time - very premium 37) Front desk had everything we needed 38) Checkout great - fast and efficient 39) You are able to rent a motorbike and a Mercedes (bronco) car from the rental in the hotel which is super handy 40) General Manager lovely Negatives: 1) No type C ports in the walls - this is ok honestly as long as you have an adaptor and plug for the wire 2) Not enough yogurt selection at breakfast compared to the Verdura Resort 3) Lift a little small - only holds 5 people (there are stairs though) 5) I came down at about 10 pm to book something (yes I know it was a little late) but I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone which was evidently annoying - to fix this they could have had 2 people at the desk My tips: 1) Use the shuttle 2) Reserve all Resturant with front desk 3) Bring your own chargers and plugs - universal adaptor not needed as they have some uk sockets and they provide one in the room which is great 4) Order pizza at the pool bar 5) Try the croissants at breakfast 6) There are 2 lifts one that holds 5 people and another which holds 9. Take which one you want but just bare in mind the one that holds 9 makes it quite difficult for you to navigate around if you use the one that holds 5 (vise versa) 7) Book EVERYTHING with the front desk 8) If you are struggling to open your door to your room ask a member from housekeep

Villa Igea is a beautiful property in a perfect location with immaculate service. We stayed here last month for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The architecture, design, landscape and the way the hotel is so well maintained! We were upgraded to a suite which was such a treat! It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Very nice, luxurious toiletries. We had lovely views of the hotel grounds and the sea and it looks like all of the rooms have very similar views. The hotel offers a shuttle to the city center as well as to a nice beach club (access included with your stay) which is a nice extra value. We tried all restaurants for all meals as well as the cocktail bar and the food, wine and drinks were good on each single occasion. The atmosphere is also very welcoming. The bar had a DJ on a few nights which was great. The service everywhere is five stars! Everyone that works at Villa Igiea is super professional but also friendly, attentive and always making sure that you are having a great experience. Special thank you to Daniele in Sales; Giuseppe, Alesia, Anastasia Irene and Francesco at the Front Desk/Concierge; Roy and Martina in the Restaurant; the team at the pool. We highly recommend this amazing hotel and hope to be back one day soon.

Villa Igiea was the one of the most elegant hotels my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The hotel grounds were maintained to perfection, the scenery was beautiful, the service and food were outstanding, and the rooms were very nice as well. Geronimo from the Alicetto restaurant at the hotel was particularly amazing; he served my wife and I, and could not have been more helpful. He was so kind and funny, and we truly enjoyed the stories he had to tell us about how he grew up in Sicily. I hope he gets to see this because we did not get a chance to thank him before we left for the next part of our trip.

Dinner is a rip off sorry but only way to describe
