Lo scorso venerdì, scesi dalla nave da crociera, incantati dallo scenario da sogno e dai colori di Villa Igiea, abbiamo deciso di pranzare al ristorante Alicetta. Che dire? Colori e calori siciliani che non temono rivali, panorama mozzafiato, qualità del cibo eccellente, pietanze servite in maniera coreografica e gentilezza del personale che segnalo con immenso piacere. Merito speciale di Cinzia, la quale, con la sua professionalità, garbo e infinita dolcezza, ha reso il nostro pranzo bellissimo, assecondando le nostre richieste con cura e premura. Ci siamo emozionati particolarmente quando, insieme a un altro collega dello staff, Cinzia ha portato al nostro tavolo una mini tortina a sorpresa per i cinque mesi del nostro bimbo. Attenzioni che davvero non hanno prezzo! Resterà sicuramente un pranzo impresso nel cuore e che custodiremo sempre come un ricordo speciale. Torneremo presto!

I was impressed by her commitment to assisting me and because of her I will be recommending this amazing place to my colleagues. I also wish to congratulate staff at the restaurant Roy and Marco who were extremely kind and the service they both and others provided was impeccable.

MY RECENT EXPERIENCE ON SICILY ISLAND Top location, overlooking the Gulf of Palermo Villa Igiea: a turn-of-the-century palazzo at the perimeter of vivid Palermo, the foot of Mount Pellegrino Top staff, trying to meet all your expectations Authentic Sicilian Food with a creative twist Well, an unforgettable evening, which I enjoyed a lot !

We spent 2 nights at the Villa Igiea in July - we have stayed there many times over the past 18 years and wondered if it would still be as good under the new ownership. We were delighted to find it was as lovely as ever and many of the same wonderful, helpful staff are still there - Vincenzo at the pool, Rosanna at breakfast and Philip the concierge are outstanding. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable and quiet. We loved early evening drinks on the beautiful terrace and sunbathing by the pool on the luxurious sunbeds.
