Not badly located, close to the central station, opposite a supermarket and Lidl. It's a pity there is no refrigerator in the room. Otherwise everything is fine

The rooms are big but very old. Even the sockets are old and it wasn't easy to find a spot to charge the phone. The rooms are clean but except for some shampoo the hotel doesn't provide anything.
The wifi is also bad, but it's very close to everything we wanted to see.

The hotel is located near to the Central station, that is convenient for arriving and departing by train, but the neighborhood look very scary during the night, and I felt unsafe to come back to the hotel after 6:00 PM.

I took the bus from airport to the hotel as I did not have a transfer this was straightforward. I was thankful my room was ready by 12pm My room basic but functional . No fridge,kettle or safe There was only 1 power outlet, a rip in curtain, hair in glass in bathroom. I feel it could be cleaned to a better standard. Staff come daily to clean room whether you want them to or not Air con controlled by reception staff. I didn't like having to give my key to receptiom staff every time I left the hotel and having to knock to be let back in, this was a major inconvenience No ambience in this hotel. Staff generally helpful Breakfast very basic, no cooked food but you wont starve. The location of the hotel was great. I was able to walk most places. I used the hotel as a base and I enjoyed the various excursions i went on inc mount etna, valley of temples and Cefalu etc. Please manage your expectations when staying here. Overall it was adequate for a few days but i would not return.

ancora una positiva esperienza all'hotel del centro. Gentilissimi i ragazzi al banco di accoglienza e impeccabili la signora Cetty e la signora Antonella che si alternavano in sala colazioni. La colazione e' molto buona con vari prodotti per tutti i gusti. La stanza era pulita e comoda e i prezzi sono convenienti. In bagno sempre le odiose bustine con shampo/bagnoschiuma, difficilissime da aprire con le dita, impossibile se avete la mani gia' bagnate. L'albergo si trova vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni e anche alla stazione degli autobus, quindi arrivando in aereo o in treno si va a piedi. (l'autobus da e per l'aeroporto si ferma alla stazione). Ho dormito sempre bene, e la mattina presto venivo svegliato.....dal profumo dei dolci della colazione, che chiedere di meglio?? Una mattina dovevo uscire presto per andare a una gita e le ragazze mi hanno permesso di accedere alla sala ristorante con un po' di anticipo, un pensiero molto gentile. In conclusione l'hotel del centro rimane il mio punto di riferimento a Palermo. Ah dimenticavo, a piedi si va facilmente al vecchio ristoro del corso, il mio ristorante favorito.
