Nice and beautiful rooms
Nice place, comfortable, clean and beautiful rooms. You don’t need to take any transport to visit the places, everything is within walking distance (max. 20 min. Walking) One thing that you should know is that there is no lift and the place is quite noisy till 12am.

Dirty room, on the fourth floor without a lift. Poor and poor quality breakfast in an external buffet structure. We stayed two days, from the first day there was no hot water and I had to take a shower with ice water. The guy who welcomed us says he can't do anything, to contact the manager (based in Milan). The manager sends a technician the next day in the late afternoon. The problem is not resolved. A refund of one night is promised which to date, after a month, has still not arrived and the manager ignores the reminder messages. PS. Even the access door from the common stairs of the building to the structure is broken and always remains open: at this point who knows when they will repair it....

I booked it then I cancelled it. It took a day to try to sort out the detauäils with owner/manager and it actually never happened. They avoided my question about late check in totally while confirming or commenting on other parts of the reservation. I choce "pay at the property" payment policy which later they called "a bug in the system" and tried to make me the same day of the booking, so about 20 days ahead of agreed schedule. I had no choice but to cancel. Don't waste your time with these cheaters. This is not what travel is supposed to be!

Nice apartments, excellent location. But here are a few disappointments: -check in was supposed to be at 16h, and at 15h we received à message saying it was delayed at 18h. It finally was at 17:20 -AC was locked in my room (i could not ajust any setting) and the employee said he would send someone to fix that. Nobody came for the 3 days. -shampoo bottle and body gel bottle in the shower were both empty -shower door pulley was falling appart so i had to fix that in order to get it functional -the faucet was not screwed in place so it was moving all over the place. So: nice apartments but service should be improved. Thanks.
