Bien placé mais prévoir des boules quies

Siisti ja hyvä kaupunkiasunto Erittäin mukava paikka hyvällä alueella kaikki oli kävelymatkan päästä. Siivosivat päivittäin wc:n ja ja keittiön ja Luigi joka piti paikkaa oli mukava ja osasi hyvin englantia, oli myös erittäin auttavainen. Olimme 5 henkinen perhe ja paikassa oli 3 huonetta yhteinen Wc ja keittiö mutta meillä oli koko huoneisto niin onnistu hyvin (meidän lapset kyllä jo vanhempia 15, 17 ja18)

We had check-in scheduled for 12. We arrive and no one answers, cell phone numbers are unreachable. After several phone calls, a guy named Gabriele comes to welcome us (who was kind, also giving us advice on what to see in Palermo). But unfortunately our room was still messy and not clean, so we were forced to leave. When we returned, the room was not perfectly clean, there was dust on the bedside lampshades, towels that smelled of smoke and even a dirty one. The bathroom had a dirty bath mat, there were hairs inside the shower tray so it was dirty, the first aid kit was missing, not to mention the dust on the radiator (which was a lot, it seems like it hasn't been cleaned since it was installed). Breakfast is non-existent (luckily it's called bed & breakfast). You can't sleep, because everyone slams the doors and you can hear everything, the windows are so thin that every car that passes by vibrates and it feels like you're sleeping outside, especially because the cars honk both day and night. If you want to relax, this is not a suitable place.
