Hygiene: Very bad experience!!! First of all, when I entered the room, there was a dirty shirt from the previous guest in the closet. This made me feel embarrassed. There were urine stains on the toilet and golden hair on the bath towel. I was really speechless. How could such a low-level mistake be made?

Super friendly staff. The staff rom was spotless and the property itself was perfect. Breakfast was also nice; delicious pastries. Location is great for nice restaurants 5-10 mins walk away.

Tutto perfetto.. abbiamo preso una camera doppia con una adiacente all interno bellissima pulita e confortevole .. colazione ricca e con prodotti freschissimi. Personale gentile e cordiale ... L hotel affaccia sulla via principale molto trafficata ma le grandi vetrate insonorizzate risolvono il problema.. un vero e grande hotel che meriterebbe anche 5 stelle....lo consiglio a tutti. Voto 10 e lode..se dovessi tornare a Palermo non cambierò da questo hotel...
