Lovely little hotel, exceptional location. As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the convenience of having a multitude of restaurants and bars available at my door step. Despite the area being lively, little noise would be heard in the room. Breakfast was delicious, great shower, comfy bed and super friendly host. This was an extremely pleasant stay!

Location centrale a Palermo. Le stanze sono spaziose e molto belle. Accappatoio mancante. Ciabatte da stanza mancanti. La colazione è molto buona. Pago la tassa di soggiorno e la proprietaria mi dice che mi invierà la ricevuta tramite WhatsApp: mai inviata.

The reviews are true - great location. Quiet despite being in the very center of it all. Comfortable rooms, nice beds, good breakfast, helpful staff. We had a minor issue with the AC not working properly - but they got it fixed. Yes - it is up a flight of stairs...be prepared. But the location and ambience and value make up for that!

We loved our stay in this stylish boutique B&B, evident from the moment you step into the foyer, through to your room (we had standard double). Great location, vibe and super clean. The solid windows meant we didn't hear a thing when inside our room which was an added bonus given it is located in the main street. The staff honestly were exceptional. We also needed to attend to some personal matters back home and the staff were available to assist us and went out of their way to do so. They were contactable no matter what time it was. Amazing service and support. If I return to Palermo we will definitely stay again. Thank you

Dimora Bellini, everything perfect, clean, excellent location, good value for money, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, fresh pastries for breakfast. Romina the owner was very kind, special thanks to the girl who works with Romina "unfortunately I don't remember her name", highly recommended.

Dimora Bellini gives the feeling of a tranquil oasis where guests can find themselves in a welcoming and serene atmosphere before or after visiting the lively city. Romina, the hotel manager, is friendly, helpful, courteous, attentive, interested in the guest with professionalism. The breakfast is very rich in Palermo specialities, every wish is fulfilled. In addition, the cleaning shines and smells every day. Romina is accompanied in her work by a person whose name we have unfortunately forgotten, but who for us was the embodiment of kindness and friendliness. We highly recommend Dimora Bellini! Wonderful boutique hotel. Located right in the middle of the city, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and other attractions. The rooms are a little small and without wardrobes or shelves in the bathroom, but we’re clean and with air-con. I recommend if you are coming by car to stop at any tobacconist and purchase a ZTL pass for €5 a day. Unfortunately, we experienced problems with parking our car. We hired a medium size from the airport, when we had to leave we were told that our car was a large car (which didn’t make sense it still took one space) and had to pay extra. Overall it a nice place to stay for two or three days.

Very nice establishment located in the heart of Palermo in a busy but very quiet pedestrian street (shutters and well soundproofed double glazing). Points of interest are very close on foot, plenty of bars and restaurants on the street, perfect for discovering the city. Careful decoration, soft music, impeccable cleanliness and excellent breakfast (try the Iris!!). Very pretty Norma room with very comfortable and quality bedding (luxury room suite upgrade from our host, thank you again!!). Warm welcome, lots of advice and support for our outings. Connection with Roberto (taxi), efficient and very professional. Visit to Cefalù to be included in your stay (we went there by train, cheap and very practical), a very pretty seaside town. We loved our stay in this establishment!
