Удобное расположение, прям рядом с вокзалом откуда можно уехать в куда угодно и центральной улицей для пеших прогулок по городу. В номере чисто, и все есть. Завтраки отличные.

Театр начинается с вешалки, а впечатление об отеле с работников на ресепшн. Забронирован одноместный номер, заселяют в номер с четырьмя кроватями, близко стоящими друг к другу. В шкафу от прошлых гостей куртка и гора грязных носков... Номер с балконом и видом на вокзал. Меняют по просьбе на одноместный, в котором стоит две кровати и нет места, окна вот внутренний двор с шумными коммуникациями. Шумоизоляция в отеле отсутствует. Стены в общественных местах и номерах грязные, ламинат вздут, сантехника в налете, постельное в дырах, по полу ходят муравьи и иные насекомые, мебель старая, на 3 этаже гора грязного белья в коридоре. В одноместном номере душ привязан на резинку, при приеме душа вся вода стекает на пол, кондиционер не работал, но хотя бы мусора и огромного количества пыли не было.
Завтрак...в соседнем баре, посуду и мусор со столов персонал не убирает (грязь везде), выпечка на завтрак - это не проданная в баре в прошлый день (обветрена и подсохла), кофе из автомата...
Отель не стоит своих денег, времени и только портит впечатление о городе Палермо и сервисе trip.com (не предлагайте клиентам этот отель к размещению)!
