Honeymoon RUINED!
We paid for a room with a jacuzzi that didn't work, and received zero assistance. The sheets were stained, a coffee capsule had been left by previous guests, the seats of the outdoor sofas were all dirty, and the plants on the balcony were all dead.
I wouldn't recommend this property to my worst enemy!
Neither the manager nor the owner showed up to apologize.
Thank God, on the second day we only found assistance thanks to Andrea, Matteo and Francesca at the reception, but it was too late by then.
This hotel should be ashamed of itself for its poor, if not absent, level of attention to the customer.
