Todo en este hotel fue perfecto. La ubicación, el servicio, la habitación, las comodidades... ¡y la lista sigue! El personal fue extremadamente servicial y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El servicio superó todas mis expectativas. La habitación era preciosa, cómoda y bien equipada. Todo estaba muy bien organizado y, sinceramente, no podrías elegir una mejor ubicación. Lo que más me impresionó fue la atención personalizada: me enviaron mensajes por WhatsApp para ayudarme a planificar itinerarios diarios, ¡y estaban disponibles las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana! Fue una experiencia 10/10. Convirtieron la estancia en un hotel de lujo de 5 estrellas en algo aún más excepcional. Muchas gracias! Sin duda, volveré.

Das Casa Nostra Boutique Hotel bietet ein elegantes und stilvolles Ambiente im Zentrum von Palermo. Die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer und das charmante Dekor schaffen eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre. Zudem ist die Lage perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Besonders beeindruckend ist der aufmerksame Service des Personals, das stets bemüht war, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch das Frühstück mit einer Auswahl an lokalen Spezialitäten war ein Highlight. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und wir würden es Reisenden empfehlen, die Wert auf eine gehobene Unterkunft !

Fui calorosamente recebido por uma equipe excepcional, que se destacou pela cordialidade e atenção aos detalhes, tornando minha estadia ainda mais especial. Os quartos são deslumbrantes, decorados com elegância e conforto. Cada detalhe foi cuidadosamente pensado, criando uma atmosfera acolhedora. Tuve la suerte de alojarme en este maravilloso hotel y fue una experiencia fantástica desde el primer momento. Las habitaciones eran absolutamente deliciosas: espaciosas, luminosas y con una decoración moderna y elegante. Cada detalle estaba cuidadosamente pensado, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable. La joya del hotel, sin duda, es su espectacular spa. Pasé una tarde completa allí y fue lo mejor de mi viaje. El masaje que recibí fue una experiencia de relajación total, el terapeuta profesionalmente cualificado supo exactamente cómo aliviar la tensión en mis músculos. El ambiente del spa, tranquilo y acogedor, hizo que me sintiera como si estuviera en un paraíso. Y no puedo olvidar la increíble oferta de desayuno. Había una amplia variedad de productos frescos y deliciosos, desde frutas tropicales hasta panecillos recién horneados, todo acompañado de un café excelente. Definitivamente, la mejor manera de comenzar el día. Recomiendo este hotel sin duda alguna a cualquiera que busque una escapada relajante y lujosa.

This hotel is an unexpected pearl in the middle of one of the most beautiful city centre of Italy. Service is inpeccable and the overall experience is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable, breakfast amazing, Spa excellent and staff are so wonderful you just want to hug them! Without mentioning names well done to the managment, every aspect of our stay was wonderful. Each member of staff works with such professionalism and big smile on their face. Well done!

Always good to be back and squeeze in a trip right before festive. Got to experience the spa this time, which was AMAZING and perfect for an escape during the colder months, even got to enjoy a glass of wine by salt pool. This time I saw a lot of new faces in the team including a new chef who has now added a fusion touch to some of the dishes in the restaurant 👌🏻 they also told me that a pizzeria is in the making, will definitely be back to try it.
