If you are visiting Palermo, you absolutely must stay here. It was a perfect experience. Stunning room, excellent staff, delicious breakfast with a nice variety of options with great cappuccinos. Thank you for a great four day stay. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

This is an exceptional Hotel. The service was impeccable! The restaurant was excellent, with a great quality menu and variety. The pool was perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The location is walkable to most key attractions, shopping and the food district. Everyone, from the front desk to wait staff and hotel services, made you feel welcome.

Chic hotel in very convenient setting very convenient for city centre courtyard garden is stunning and breakfast delicious as was dinner Bedroom was large, bed comfy and outside terrace with jacuzzi bonus Best of all was all the helpful staff

A beautifully considered oasis is a busy city. Nice room, air conditioned, quiet and very clean. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The pool was tiny but a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a crafted cocktail. Would highly recommend

Décevant...quel dommage. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous avions booké une chambre bien spécifique et l'avons fait en direct avec photos dans les mails. En arrivant à l'hôtel, notre chambre réservée n'était pas disponible et ils nous ont mis dans une chambre sans rien nous dire sur notre réservation dans la partie nouvelle a 10 mètres de l'hôtel. Chambre neuve au premier étage avec un balcon de 50 cm alors que nous avions réservé une terrasse. Nous avons expliqué que nous n'avions pas réservé cette chambre, l'accueil a tenté de nous expliquer "désagréablement" que c'était une chambre avec terrasse!! Nous n'avons pas eu le choix de dormir dans cette chambre plutôt jolie mais sans aucune insonorisation...l'enfer. Nous avons été réveillés à chaque entrée dans le hall et surtout nous entendions les occupants de la chambre d'à coté tousser, prendre leur doucher ou aller au toilettes!!! Le lendemain ils nous ont mis au troisième étage d'une chambre et sans rien pour ranger nos affaires.... avec une terrasse en travaux. La deco de la chambre était jolie. Ils nous ont fait une réduction de 80 euros sur les 3 nuits mais sincèrement c'est insupportable d'avoir à se battre autant et de ne pas avoir dormi la première nuit. Nous n'avions pas regardé Trip Advisor avant notre réservation, nous aurions du!

I really enjoyed this stay. As soon as we arrived they did not have our rooms ready but took excellent care of us with coffee, granita, and snacks while we were waiting! Amazing service! The ameneities are very nice and the hotel is very modern, rooms are spacious compared to European hotels and the restaurant is simply amazing!

The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff were professional, warm, and attentive, making sure every need was met with a smile. The location is perfect, situated perfectly near a number of tourist spots.

Traveling from Liverpool, UK. Celebrating our daughters 18th. From start to finish the hotel staff were excellent, friendly and always very helpful. Rooms where spot on, very clean and spacious. Hotel is situated right in the heart of the city so travelling around is easy. Next time we go to Palermo we will definitely be staying here again.

Beware! In addition to the main hotel rooms this hotel offers rooms in what they advertise as a “a lovely and intimate B&B”. On their website the B&B rooms do look nicer than the hotel rooms. So this is what we booked. However, once we arrived and were asked to pay in full upfront we were given walking directions 2.5 blocks away only to find that there is no “lovely and intimate B&B” but rather a residential apartment building that they apparently own a unit in — 6 flights of stairs up and no elevator! The owners would not provide a refund nor would they offer a room in the main hotel without doubling the nightly rate. We are not even sure the B&B address listed on the website was the address we were directed to. There was no street signage or hotel or B&B signage on the street. The whole experience was awful. A clear bait and switch scam. We choose not to stay since it was clearly a case of false advertising. I highly recommend you keep looking and DO NOT book a stay at this hotel.
