It's a cross between a hostel and a hotel, with the advantages of both, but also its drawbacks, and in my opinion, the drawbacks outweigh the disadvantages. The staff's service could be improved (we waited fifteen minutes for a vehicle without the receptionist even warning us that we had to go outside to pick it up, even though we were sitting right in front of her). The breakfast could also be improved, and the room, and especially the bathroom, could be much improved. On the other hand, it's a very central hotel, and that's highly valued in Palermo.

First of all, the location is great. It is located in the Quattro Canti, so there are souvenir shops and restaurants around. I arrived by bus and took the train to a nearby city, but it took about 10 minutes to get to the station. All the city's sights are within walking distance. The view from the rooftop was also amazing.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly.
I'll definitely use this hotel again the next time I visit Palermo.

The room was the largest I've ever had in Europe, which was beyond my expectation. Downstairs was the Quattrocento. There were many restaurants. You can choose your budget. It's a 10-minute walk from Palermo Train Station, which is very convenient.
