The city center is about 15 minutes by bus from the hotel. In the evening there is an interval of about 1 hour. This is the only inconvenience. The apartments are comfortable, the inner garden is beautiful. There are bars and restaurants. We took the bus to Mondello Beach - very comfortable.

L'accoglienza personalizzata e gentile ha dato inizio ad un soggiorno molto familiare. La struttura ristrutturata (travi in legno a vista, soffitti alti e spazi ampi) è perfetta per soggiorni in famiglia o per coppie. Su una delle vie importanti di Palermo, Piazza Leoni, é ben collegata con il centro (a 5 min la fermata del bus 101 per arrivare al Politeama o al Teatro Massimo) ma anche a piedi si può raggiungere gran parte delle zone centrali. I gestori nonché proprietari sono affabili, gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Parcheggi non sono disponibili nella struttura poiché non si trova sulla strada ma in un cortile interno (attutendo quindi i rumori della strada principale), tuttavia si trovano posti nelle immediate vicinanze o nei parcheggi a pagamento

Bed & Breakfast scelto perché mentre io ero impegnata per delle riunioni di lavoro, ho potuto far sì che mio marito potesse andare nel frattempo a giocare a golf, dato che a Palermo c’è un campo di nove buche proprio in città, e proprio di fronte. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e funzionale, dotata di ogni comfort, macchinetta del caffè, caffè e brioche per la mattina, frigo, guardaroba spazioso e TV, in un contesto molto tranquillo con giardino, all’ultimo piano mansardato. Padrone di casa gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare le varie richieste. Consigliato!

Ett väldigt fint hotell som ligger ganska centralt i Palermo, 10 minuter med buss från stadskärnan och 10 minuter med buss från den underbara stranden Mondello. Hotellet ligger i ett kvarter som erbjuder många resturang alternativ och en otroligt fint café några meter från hotellet.
Rummet var väldigt fint och rent med mycket väl fungerande AC om man tycker att det blir för varmt. Skulle absolut rekommendera det här hotellet och skulle definitivt kunna tänka mig att stanna här en gång till. 10/10.

A stone's throw from the stadium and the entrance to the Favorita park. The place is very nice. A small court. Well furnished and clean room. Congratulations to Mrs. Anna who thoughtfully accommodated us in every room like the annex I booked. We slept well and couldn't hear any noise from the street at all. Problemi già all’entrata poiché non esiste nome o targhetta sul citofono. Camera graziosa ma con un materasso decisamente datato e scomodo. Bagno nuovo ma con problemi di fognature considerato l’odore persistente. Nel complesso sicuramente migliorabile.
