Purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi, struttura datata, stanze molto piccole, climatizzatore che non funzionava, per non parlare del bagno, estremamente piccolo e scomodo e senza bidè, non ci vale questo prezzo!! Mi spiace ma oltre a non tornare sconsiglieremo il posto!

Hotel situato vicinissimo a tutte le maggiori attrattive di Palermo. Personale gentile e disponibile, in grado di rispondere a ogni richiesta. Camera confortevole pulita e arredata in modo moderno e raffinato. Letto e lenzuola comode. Prezzi convenienti.

Het is een klein net hotel. Aardige, behulpzame dames aan de receptie. Vanwege een urgent issue ben ik eerder dan gepland weer vertrokken. Afwezigheid van receptie gedurende de latere avond/nacht/vroege ochtend (wel telefonisch bereikbaar) en geen ontbijt mogelijkheden zijn aandachtspunten.

The only benefit is proximity to sites. The room was relatively clean but dated and included a large cockroach for companionship. Bed was comfortable and windows are well covered to ensure darkness. The lights and ac and fridge only work when you are there to keep the power on with the key card. So forget about chilling any perishables or drinks. The safe did not work and we were not given any guarantee of repair or alternate security. The water is not potable, ie drinkable. Bottled water is available on request The shower alternates between very cold and scorching and the stream is erratic. Wifi is impossibly unreliable. The front desk staff are genuinely friendly and available from 8 am until 8 pm not 24/7. Free espresso coffee is offered in the lobby, and guests can pay for coffee and pastry at the coffee bar downstairs. Parking is not available on site although you can walk to various parking lots and pay 18-30 Euros daily.

Hotel in ottima posizione centrale per visitare Palermo, perfette le camere da letto, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo e soprattutto la pulizia, ma in particolar modo la gentilezza e la professionalità dei gestori e di tutto il personale presente in struttura che fanno la differenza.
