Il successo lo fanno le persone. E questo albergo, dotato di una bella struttura, situato in un posizione centrale ma tranquilla, ha nel suo arsenale delle armi potenti. I suoi collaboratori. Essere accolti ogni mattina di questa settimana passata qua in vacanza da Onofrio e dai suoi colleghi per essere viziati con una colazione così completa che nemmeno mia mamma ha mai saputo preparare, mi ha fatto stare bene. Bella la camera quadrupla dotata di tanto spazio con un bagno con una doccia gigantesca. Le pulizie della camera affidate a Francesca e le altre ragazze sono state sempre precise e puntuali. Nulla da ridire. Un gran bell'albergo, un gran bel team.

La situation est bonne et l'hôtel est bien aménagé. En particulier la terrasse où se prend le petit déjeuner est très bien. Malheureusement, la gestion se fait visiblement en regardant exagérément à tout: la maintenance du bâtiment et du mobilier laisse à désirer, l'offre du petit déjeuner est plutôt rikiki, etc...

Sono tre anni che per ragioni di lavoro frequento questo hotel. E' inserito in una felicissima posizione, vicinissimo a via Notarbartolo e agli assessoratie quindi alla vita amministrativa della Regione Siciliana e a due passi dal meraviglioso centro storico di Palermo. Le stanze sono ampie e luminose. Spettacolare la sala colazione con vista sul Giardino inglese e l'estrema genitoezza del personale con particolare menzione al Sig. Onofrio e alla sua leggendaria granita alle mandorle. Che dire relax, bellezza e praticità.
