"Exceptional service and super accommodating staff made our stay amazing! The spacious room, comfy bed, and ergonomic pillow were a big plus. Perfect location near all the tourist spots in Palermo. Very near to nice restaurants and shops.

Central location right across the street from the Opera House. Owned by a nice young couple. Nice breakfast in the breakfast room, which overlooks the Opera House. Made to order cappuccino and eggs. Clean and modern room. Helpful and attentive staff. Good price.

Palco is the perfect place to stay. Great location including an Opera House view and celebratory Fourth of July quality fire work display from our balcony one evening. Light, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. On top of that , Stefania, her sister, and the two owners , Stefania (too) and Giacomo couldn’t be more pleasant, involved and helpful. They gave us great dinner recommendations.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palco Rooms & Suites in Palermo. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make our visit special. They organized a wonderful private excursion for us to the Saline of the Laguna Marsala, complete with a car and driver, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. They also gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which turned out to be some of the best meals we’ve had in Sicily. Our room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable — a perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet each morning was a real treat, with fresh local specialties and a beautiful view of the Teatro Massimo from the breakfast room. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Palermo, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing once inside. One thing to note, though: access to the B&B isn’t the easiest if you’re carrying heavy luggage, as there are quite a few stairs to manage before reaching the elevator. It wasn’t a big problem for us, but good to be aware of if mobility or luggage weight is an issue. Overall, we’re very grateful for everything the Palco team did for us and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Lovely friendly hotel in a great location opposite the Teatro Massimo in the heart of Palermo. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. We had a wonderful view of the Teatro and we were able to walk to everything. The staff were all very helpful and served a wonderful breakfast in a delightful room.
