On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

La posizione è fantastica, vicino al centro, con fermata dell'autobus AMT davanti e fermata dell'autobus da e per l'aeroporto a pochi metri di distanza. Colazione servita al bar sotto la struttura molto fornita. Camera spaziosa e pulita Personale della struttura molto gentile e disponibile. Un buon punto di riferimento quando tornerò a Palermo. Super consigliato.

Bienvenue à l’Agata-strophe, l’endroit idéal si vous rêvez de vivre une expérience digne d’un film d’horreur. Nous avons survécu 14 nuits atroces à 4 dans une chambre prévue pour 2. Niveau confort, c’est simple : les meubles ont sûrement été récupérés dans une décharge, et certains sont dans un état si lamentable qu’on hésite à s’asseoir de peur qu’ils s’effondrent sous nous. Les fenêtres ? Aussi efficaces que du papier calque. Elles laissent passer le froid glacial et surtout le bruit infernal d’une des avenues les plus mal famées de Palerme. Dormir ici, c’est comme essayer de faire une sieste sur un rond-point en heure de pointe. Et la clim… Ne l’allumez surtout pas, à moins de vouloir tester l’odeur officielle de la moisissure et du désespoir. On a préféré avoir froid plutôt que d’endurer cette infection. Ajoutez à ça un chat qui erre dans les couloirs, probablement le seul résident heureux de cet enfer, et surtout une gérante exécrable, d’une méchanceté à peine croyable. Sérieusement, on aurait dit qu’elle sortait tout droit d’un concours de la pire hôte de l’année. L’ambiance ? Malsaine, pesante, un vrai décor de film d’épouvante. Même les catacombes de Palerme ont plus de charme et de chaleur que cet endroit sinistre. Bref, si vous cherchez le pire hôtel du monde, vous venez de le trouver. Sinon, fuyez tant qu’il est encore temps.
