Despite many difficulties in booking and confirming the dates of accommodation, in the end we managed to stay in Palermo for 4 days, changing 3 structures due to this problem! The structure is actually in a convenient position for visiting the historic areas of Palermo. Unfortunately the staff was not particularly professional and friendly towards us: upon our arrival we were asked for the price in other structures for the period in question; we were asked to turn off the air conditioning before going out not out of environmental interest but because of the high bills; not information regarding breakfast in the hotel, nor the check-out time, much less the banal WiFi password! The room was dirty and run down (without going into too much detail). On the day of our checkout we were called at 9 to ask to leave the room quickly. Having said that, we obviously do not recommend it.
