衞生情況不錯，工作人員會提前發訊息給我詢問入住時間，確定是不是在他們的工作時間內。不是的話，他們會給郵箱發教程，告訴你怎麼進酒店。衞生間是跟卧室分開的，但是不需要跟別人共用，衹是它是分開的。有送檸檬糖，工作人員很友好。

I wasn’t too impressed as I only found out my room have a private bathroom outside of the room upon checking in (might have overlooked ghe description). This was a bit frustrating because it’s very inconvenient to walk a public space to use the toilet and shower facilities. Having stayed at a nearby accommodation the night before, which delivered much more than this place for the same price, I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend residenza Wagner.

We received very good and professional service. Nice and quiet room with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Excellent pressure in the shower. Good, tasty breakfast. Grazie mille, Adele!

Fantastic location, poor breakfast for the price we paid, and the worst is the experience of staying outside the front door for an hour and a half. The management must communicate with the guests better so that they know when to come and find someone to let them in. It was a harrowing experience to be stranded outside without knowing who we should talk to . The management knew I booked it for 5 nights and they should have taken due care to receive us in as this is only 5 rooms bed and breakfast.

We were very pleased with the room which was clean and relatively spacious. The front desk staff were very kind about providing recommendations for restaurants and sites and helping with orientation. The location was great- very close to restaurants and walkable to the historic center. Be aware that the front desk is not staffed during some portions of the day so let them know your arrival time in order to get check in information. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo b&b. Posizione centralissima, vicina ad ogni genere di servizi. Camera spaziosa, arredata con gusto, comoda e pulitissima. Abbiamo usufruito della vasca idromassaggio nel bagno in camera, per una serata di tutto relax. Personale cortese, disponibile e molto attento ad ogni necessità. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima sistemazione a Palermo, a due passi dal teatro Politeama e vicino a tutti i punti di interesse. Camera spaziosa con scrivania e grande armadio. Televisore a schermo piatto, cassaforte e frigorifero. Piccolo balcone con tavolino e sedie. Bagno grandissimo con una doccia davvero ampia e bellissima e fornito di tutto il necessario( Phon, prodotti per la doccia).Cambio asciugamani giornaliero Pulizia ok Le ragazze della reception (che apre alle 8 e chiude alle 13 la mattina, poi riapre il pomeriggio e chiude alle 20, non c'è reception notturna) davvero gentili e disponibili. A 50 metri dalla struttura la fermata del bus da e per l'aeroporto (Prestia e Comandè), che passa ogni mezz'ora ed ha un prezzo davvero abbordabile. Unica pecca la colazione, che proprio non merita! Meglio far colazione in un bar, che a Palermo proprio non mancano. Consigliato

Ottima struttura pulita arredata con gusto e personale attento al cliente. La posizione è strategica sei in zona centralissima e molto tranquilla. Se si torna a Palermo già sappiamo dove andare. Grazie alla proprietà della struttura per l’accoglienza
