I wasn’t too impressed as I only found out my room have a private bathroom outside of the room upon checking in (might have overlooked ghe description). This was a bit frustrating because it’s very inconvenient to walk a public space to use the toilet and shower facilities. Having stayed at a nearby accommodation the night before, which delivered much more than this place for the same price, I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend residenza Wagner.

We received very good and professional service. Nice and quiet room with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Excellent pressure in the shower. Good, tasty breakfast. Grazie mille, Adele!

Zauberhafte kleine Unterkunft in bester Lage von Palermo, Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Aerportbus um die Ecke 5 Min zu Fuß. Nette Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great location, very clean, great shower and helpful staff. Close to all we needed and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Lovely breakfast room with a good breakfast. Felt very safe here a good place to stay. Big bed and nice pillows, space in the room and the bathroom was large. We are an older couple and we found this place lovely.

Staff gentile e disponibile, precisi nelle informazioni. Camera ampia (avevo quella con letto king e cromoterapia), pulita, con tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima per tutto e per la navetta aeroportuale. Unico piccolo neo: condizionatore un po' rumoroso, ma faceva il suo dovere.

For the great value, we were not expecting much. But we were welcomed with a fresh, clean well presented spacious bedroom and huge bathroom. We have no complaints. The location is great too with some lovely restaurants literally over the road. I would certainly have no doubts about coming back especially after landing in Palermo and staying only one day before moving ok elsewhere.

Bellissimo residence in zona centrale comoda a tutti i punti di interesse. Personale eccellente, veramente gentilissimi non potevo trovare di meglio, sempre pronti ad ogni richiesta del cliente. Struttura curatissima ampi spazi comuni con arredi bellissimi. Camere ampie accoglienti arredi bellissimi con terrazzo, il bagno spaziosissimo, sempre pulitissime. Se torno a Palermo il mio punto di riferimento è la Residenza Wagner. Consigliatissimo.

Our room was great. Spacious, clean with comfy beds and pillows and the balcony offered a great view. The bathroom was an experience in itself. Soft ambiance lighting and the room was seriously big with nice tiles. Decoration in the bedroom was very good. Francesco and his team were great too and Francesco was very, very helpful before the trip and during. He gave us lots of useful information like places to eat and go which did make the holidays superb. Thank you so much for recommending going to Cefalú!!!! The hotel itself is well located, impeccable taste inside and the staff’s helpfulness and smiles also made for a great trip. If we go back to Palermo I will definitely go back to the hotel.
