I wasn’t too impressed as I only found out my room have a private bathroom outside of the room upon checking in (might have overlooked ghe description). This was a bit frustrating because it’s very inconvenient to walk a public space to use the toilet and shower facilities. Having stayed at a nearby accommodation the night before, which delivered much more than this place for the same price, I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend residenza Wagner.

una bellissima esperienza ! posizione top tra politeama e teatro massimo camera molto bella con bagno ampio (avevamo la n.1) e bollitore con tisane inoltre insonorizzata benissimo. i proprietari sono gentilissimi ci hanno addirittura fatto trovare una bottiglia di spumante per festeggiare il capodanno il palazzo è bello e pulito e tutto é ben organizzato per il self check in ( noi siamo arrivati nella notte) la comunicazione con i proprietari via WhatsApp è stata rapida ed efficientissima! bravi !! grazie per aver reso ancor più bello questo capodanno 2025

Premesso che non è stata la prima volta di permanenza a Palermo, voglio elogiare la residenza Wagner dove ho soggiornato per tre giorni: pulizia della camera e del bagno, ogni confort necessario, silenzio per un buon riposo (cosa che non avevo trovato nella residenza dove ero stato nel mio precedente soggiorno), vicinanza al centro di Palermo, fermata a circa 100 metri di autobus pubblici AMAT, di cui mi sono servito per spostarmi nei posti più lontani (esempio Monreale), ultima e non meno importante cosa, la precisione , cortesia e competenza della persona che ci ha accolto all’arrivo.

La residenza Wagner gode di una collocazione privilegiata, all’angolo di via Principe di Belmonte e quindi ad un passo da tutte le attrazioni di Palermo, compresa l’offerta di ristorazione e pasticceria (ad iniziare dall’antico Caffè Spinnato). La struttura è moderna ed elegante nelle soluzioni di arredo, ottimi servizi in camera e bagno spaziosissimo, pulizia ineccepibile. La procedura di check-in in autonomia viene spiegata con dovizia di particolari e risulta molto semplice. Ottima la politica dei prezzi, se continuate così sarò da voi al prossimo passaggio in quella incantevole capitale che è Palermo.
