The profile picture is fake, It is not a hotel .It is more of an accommodation from an outside view. Environmental sanitation is under critics. I was unable to contact the owner . Got stranded and ended up booking a different hotel, Owner never boatder to contact me despite making several attempts to call.
Not suitable at all for people abroad

The location is great, the neighborhood at first seems dangerous and very neglected, however it is in a family environment close to the station and very well connected. Recommended to spend a couple of days in Palermo.

We went to the hotel for just one night, luckily!! The room did not have shutters that could be opened (I later realized that they were probably blocked because both views overlooked the internal corridor of the hotel), the shower was clogged and the water receiver did not fit in its socket. We found the bedspread stained. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.

Eravamo partiti prevenuti leggendo le recensioni, invece è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Camere semplici ma pulite, come la biancheria ed il bagno. La cucina era completamente vuota, ma non eravamo intenzionati ad usarla dal momento che a Palermo si mangia praticamente ovunque ed a buon prezzo. A parte il momento ella registrazione, non abbiamo visto personale ed avendo le chiavi abbiamo soggiornato in completa libertà. Posizione comodissima, vicina al centro.

La parola hotel non si avvicina nemmeno lontanamente a questo posto. La posizione è terribile, la zona sporca e degradata non è affatto invitante, soprattutto la sera. Benché in pieno centro non si trovano locali nelle immediata vicinanze. Le camere di per sé non sarebbero nemmeno brutte anche se piccole Alla reception non c'è mai nessuno...e noi siamo stati lì per 7 giorni ma non abbiamo mai visto un impiegato. Il penultimo giorno non ci hanno più rifatto le camere così siamo rimasti senza asciugamani, senza carta igienica e sapone. La colazione non c'è anche se sul sito è reclamizzata e compresa. Se dovessi tornare a Palermo sicuramente non andrei più in questo albergo, soprattutto per la brutta zona in cui si trova

Cleanliness, order and friendliness. Rooms a little old and run down, which is why I gave 3 stars. Very good for business or short term travel. From what I understand they don't offer breakfast, but nothing was specified in the contract about that. There is.

Dirty hotel..there was a kitchenette but I would never have cooked in it, the stove was even broken and unusable..not a very quiet area, no one ever at reception! I wouldn't go back, the area was very dirty and we were afraid to go back in the evening.

Once we got to the room we escaped from the smell of smoke that was there, they assigned us the room next door where the smell of sewer was unbearable. They didn't have a double blanket and put two single blankets on top of each other on the bed. Zero cleaning. The TV does not work . Terrible experience

One star hotel... the cleanliness of the shower should improve a bit and the cold water in the bidet didn't work... there was an air conditioner in the room. Convenient, non-chaotic place near Orleans But Palermo is Palermo and it was all worth it!!!!!
