This hotel is a hidden gem in busy, noisy Palermo. It is a beautifully restored historic building, tastefully appointed. We had a spacious suite that was very comfortable with a delicious breakfast cooked to order. The staff are lovely and helpful. There are only a few rooms. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

The location is great. You are within easy walking distance to great food and activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Bella la struttura che insiste su edifici antichi. Nonostante sia un boutique hotel le camere sono ampie nonché ben accessoriate. Qualche piccolo affanno nel servizio (eccezion fatta per la padrona di casa) ma nel complesso un’ottima struttura nella sua categoria sopratutto considerati i molti (troppi) hotel copia/incolla a Palermo di questo tenore.

Spettacolare boutique hotel in pieno centro, non ha paragoni con altre struttura per attenzione al dettaglio, servizi e accoglienza. L'ho scoperto anni fa appena aperto e ora, ogni volta che soggiorno a Palermo, non posso farne a meno. Consigliatissimo

A total GEM! The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. Feels like the staffs and the owner love the property . Very clean and fantastc aroma all over the hotel. Very comfortable beds. Very generous in offering water and coffee and nice breakfast. There is a seating area with a bottle of burbon always available to the hotel's guests at no charge. Location is fantastic! Close to everything! Quite and serene!

Oh what a truly wonderful place. Mesmerising decor with beautifully thought out touches. You feel like you have lived through its history. The front door opens into a little piece of heaven. Beautifully cool, a welcome break from the summer heat..comfortable bed. Fabulous service and breakfast. Highly, highly recommend.

Qualche settimana fa ho avuto il privilegio di partecipare al vostro salottino letterario "Un Tè con l'autore" e volevo ringraziarvi ancora per avermi regalato una magnifica esperienza. Entrare lì da voi è stato come varcare un portale spalancato su una dimensione parallela, intrisa dalla magia d'un tempo andato, elegante e affascinante, il profumo della bellezza declinata in forme infinite si respirava in ogni dove... Das Palazzo del Poeta erfreute uns mit vielen geschmackvoll ausgewählten Details. Die Verbindung von Historie und Moderne hat einen besonderen architektonischen Charme. Die Ausstattung unseres 2 Zimmer-App. mit komplett eingerichteter Küche und Eßbereich war vielfältig und optisch ansprechend. Besonders die Beleuchtung im ganzen Haus und in unserem App. war ideenreich und sehr angenehm. Ein von uns sehr geschätzter Service war die Nutzung der Einzelgarage unmittelbar neben dem Hoteleingang und das Angebot, den Wagen dort für uns zu parken. Sowohl die Besitzerin Rosa als auch ihre Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt neben einer Bibliothek einen Salon, in dem frisches Gebäck und Kuchen, eine Espressomaschine und diverse Spirituosen/Getränke ganztägig zur freien Verfügung angeboten werden. Zu dem umfangreichen Frühstücksbüffet konnte man auf Wunsch frisch zubereitete Eiergerichte unter einer Cloche serviert bekommen. Wir bedanken uns bei dem ganzen Team für die sehr gute und individuelle Betreuung

La bellezza di questa città è che ti sorprende sempre. Lo ha fatto per l’ennesima volta domenica. Non conoscevo Palazzo del poeta, Un Tè con l’autore, Rosa Di Stefano e i lettori del suo salotto. E questo è un torto. Perchè conoscere luoghi che si portano dietro la bellezza di un’atmosfera unica e realtà impregnate di cultura e umanità, dovrebbe essere un dovere. A un tè con l’autore non si è parlato solo di un libro. Attorno al racconto sono nate emozioni, punti di vista e bellezza. Sono stato proprio bene. Rosa ha condotto la nostra discussione con grandissima professionalità e sensibilità, Francesca Vaccaro ha letto magistralmente alcuni estratti e i lettori mi hanno trascinato con la loro curiosità e competenza. Grazie. Questa città ha bisogno di uno spazio così. E anche io ne avevo bisogno.
