R Really interesting. Scary entrance but huge suite with 3 Juliet balconies. Very clean. Great neighborhood block in Palermo and very reasonably price. Clean, comfortable and convenient Only negative it's not a hotel so no staff if you need pillows tissue or help with AC. Breakfasts is voucher at corner pastry shop

Parto con la mia compagna per un viaggio a Palermo con prenotazione presso questa struttura dal 26 al 29 settembre e con pagamento all’arrivo (prenotazione effettuata il 17 agosto). Arriviamo in struttura, siamo accolti da una signora che ci indica che la nostra camera NON È DISPONIBILE PER OVERBOOKING, senza nemmeno inviarci una comunicazione prima del nostro arrivo. Subito ci indica un suo collega che si trova in un’altra struttura, ci rechiamo lì e ci propone come soluzione una notte in questo b&b (esteticamente di livello inferiore rispetto al primo) e altre due notti in una terza struttura che non era a noi ben chiara, mostrandoci foto dal cellulare e senza nemmeno indicarci la posizione. Il tutto poi con l’intenzione di farci pagare lo stesso importo tramite il portale in cui abbiamo prenotato ma poi facendoci alloggiare in altro luoghi. Sconsigliatissimo!

A nice comfortable apartment in a good location. Close to the port area which can feel a little dirty and unsafe but keep walking to the marina area which is lovely. Probably 30mins walk to the cathedral, an easy flat walk with lots to see on the way. Apartment had a comfortable bed, spacious lounge area and a nice kitchenette/dining area. Plenty of storage. Nice modern bathroom. Can request room to be cleaned and fresh towels of you want. Breakfast was included and a nice selection brough to our room. Very secure apartment with code and key for entry. Didn't realise there was no oven & very limited kitchen equipment (we had been travelling for a while and wanted to cook in).

Ho scelto questa soluzione ai Booking optando per un appartamento invece di un hotel per aver meno vincoli. Siamo rimasti stupiti piacevolmente dalla struttura : ben arredata ben attrezza e soprattutto spaziosa e pulitissima . Gentilissimo e disponibile il personale che ci ha accontentato in ogni richiesta ( per colazione e cuscini extra) . La posizione è perfetta , permette di raggiungere a piedi tutte le bellezze del luogo . Consiglio vivamente ..

Terrible place, at night water flows everywhere due to I don't know what and it doesn't allow you to sleep, room 110/106 or others does not change it was a catastrophic stay so much so that the owner immediately told us that he would give us an immediate refund, exchange of data, we left to go home, after a week the liar no longer responds to messages, much less calls. Before booking, think carefully and don't take this place into consideration because there is no seriousness and tranquility.

My son was getting married. They blocked off pretty much the whole hotel. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good but could have used a better variety. The espresso machine in the room was great. We had a full kitchen but did not utilized it as the food elsewhere was awesome and right outside our hotel doors. The room was perfect. The shuttle to and from the airport for a fee was not consistent with price from one guest to another not sure why. We only used it when arriving. Would we stay here again.... You bet we would they made my son and daughter-in-laws wedding a complete joy and success. Thank you Ivan and staff

very good services. Great host Convenient location: 20 mins walk from the city center Close to good restaurants (frequented by locals) Only downside is parking, the streets around are complicated! Main problem in Palermo!

We stayed here 3 nights. The apartment is very central but in a quiet street with little traffic. There is no reception. You get a message on the day of arrival on how to access. Appartment is good size and very clean. There is a coffee machine but no kettle. Continental Breakfast is delivered to your room. Good modern bathroom
