其他都還不錯。就是照騙，注意凡是低價的房間全是對着樓梯的窗户根本沒陽光，走的時候才發現，房門也有問題，沒房卡朝反方向轉幾下也能打開。

We decided on a last-minute two-night stay in Palermo and chose the Mercure Hotel, a chain hotel with a good location and reasonable price. The location is indeed excellent, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. While the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, it offers valet parking for a fee, and parking is free within the nearby blue line. Luckily, we found a free space upon arrival. The hotel is essentially a budget-friendly option within an international chain. We booked a basic room and were upgraded to a higher level. The room was spacious, but the cleanliness was average, making it one of the worse rooms on our trip to Italy (generally speaking, quality B&Bs or boutique hotels are better than these budget-friendly chains). The basic amenities were all there, and the breakfast buffet could have been more varied. The service was quite professional, and the CI/CO and inquiries were prompt. My only complaint was the lack of disposable slippers. I called the front desk and asked for them, but they didn't arrive until check-out, even though I promised. 😂 As an Accor member, I'm really disappointed. Overall, the hotel was okay, and the value for money was good.

The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, which is actually a bit far and seems a bit long. The room was not cleaned properly and there was a quilt full of cigarette butts on the table on the balcony. The most surprising thing was that the quilt was actually put on. Other hotels cover the quilt on the sheet and do not change the quilt. I don't know if it was the waiter's fault in their hotel, but the quilt was on the bottom and the sheet on the top. The hygiene was not good and the breakfast was just okay.
