Excellent hotel très bien situé dans le centre historique / proche angles via Roma / via V. Emmanuelle.A côté de la Banque de Sicile (très gardée*). Très belles chambres. Insonorisation excellente. Beau buffet pour le PDJ. Spa a ne pas négliger.

What an amazing hotel! Everything was flawless here including the modern fresh clean room, staff and the location is perfect! You are no more than a 5 minute walk away from anything you want to see and go to. We booked the jacuzzi room and was a lifetime experience for us, absolutely amazing and worth every penny! You won’t find a hotel so well located which offers a quiet night’s sleep too, no outside noise at all as it’s perfectly tucked away in the corner of an off road. You can’t ask for more! We didn’t opt for breakfast but will definitely give it a go next time we stay here. We will be back! Thank you to all the staff for hosting us.

The hotel is nicely decorated and is in a brilliant central location. The staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and very helpful, especially the reception staff. The room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The shower is inside the room facing the bed separate from the actual bathroom which was a little different, but it is large so this was not an issue. They have a restaurant onsite but I only had breakfast there which had a good variety of choices.

The hotel is in a small courtyard off Via Roma and Via Vittorio Emanuele which is a great location. The staff gave us a warm welcome when we arrived…We booked a suite so we could spread out. Very comfortable and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They had an English speaker on the front desk who was very helpful. I had a dental problem and Maria got all the info for me so I was able to resolve the issue. We also asked for restaurant ideas and she booked two restaurants that we hadn’t considered. Both excellent! The breakfast was very good and no add on’s. Would definitely go back…

We enjoyed our visit at the Palazzo Carta. The rooms were very nice and updated. The only changes we would suggest is at the rooms have more furniture like a couch instead of a couple of the plastic chairs that they have for guest to sit on. There is certainly enough room for the couch. Otherwise, the service from the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was extremely good and exceeded expectations.

C'est avec plaisir que j'attribue la meilleure note au Palazio CARTARI. Très bien situé au cœur du Palerme historique, nous avons été reçus de manière sympathique et très professionnelle par le personnel. Avec surprise, nous avons bénéficié d'une superbe suite avec sauna. Suite impeccable, spacieuse, salle de bain tout aussi impeccable. Literie très confortable, peu de bruit nocturne dans la rue. Petit déjeuner excellent. En bref, un sans faute!
